I gave my card details to rentola…
I gave my card details to rentola yesterday and they took out first 1 euro then took out a further 8 payments of 39 euro for a total of 313 euros ....I emailed them but still have not received a reply......I have since received a reply by email from a person called adis who seems sound and said I will receive a full refund In 5/10 days this was after my review on trust pilot ...I will let you know if I am refunded full amount....I since have received my money in full but had to cancel my credit as there was numerous attempts to take out further 39 euro amounts.. I can'trecommend this company after my experience adis done what he said but it should never have happened in the first place..its thanks to trust pilot that we can share our views on different company's and warn people what can happen.yes I received an email asking me to start a trial again...that's what got me into this mess in the first place never again.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience, found all kinds of lovely places and it was not even that expensive. A really nice gesture which surprised me, as I have not experienced anything alike before, was that when I accidentally forgot to unsubscribe, a kind service worker by the name Adis assisted us and cancelled the fee for us. Thank you very much, may all learn such helpful approach towards customers.

Happened to me just like many others here. WHY DIDNT I READ THE F* REVIEWS FIRST?. Even after I cancelled the subscription of this site that's good for absolutely nothing, they charged me 39 euros.. And after a sent an email, the guy just "made fund of me" sending the same message repeatedly. Worst experience of my life..

Why oh why didn't I read the reviews. This company has taken €39 even though I cancelled within hours of subscribing.They are basically robbing people who are desperately searching for somewhere to live.I want my hard and HONESTLY earned money back!!

Horrible customer service n website
It's a very bad website sbd worse customer service. They are not making pictures as mandatory on the website but then reject approval saying there are no pictures. Why don't you make it mandatory on first place on your website?
I placed an ad no approval or email for a week.

Absolute gangsters
Absolute gangsters. I signed up for a free trial and cancelled before the trial ran out. Since then they've been trying to take 39 euro from my account 2/3 times a day every day. I emailed them and got a reply after about 1 week from Rover, who wanted me to pay the 39 euro before he cancelled my subscription. I told him it's not happening that I don't want or need the service and that I would go public about this if it wasn't cancelled. He made it out that he was doing me a favour waving the fee and that I won't be billed again.. absolute liar he is. Because since then they've still been trying to take 39 euro from my account 2/3 times a day. Only for I've been onto my bank and told them not to let these con artists take anything they'd a had my bank cleaned out. Now today I got an email to say they will be transferring the debt to a debt collection agency. L O L. Try me. You've started on the wrong dude rentola. This is the first of many bad reviews I am going to plaster all over the internet. On every social media account, every group I'm in on Facebook, every forum I can find attached to you I have all the screenshots of every email sent to and from your employee, Rover. I will be also onto every radio station and every podcast I can to make sure everyone knows you're con artists. Let's go to war..

Great experience with a nice human touch
Renver was great and got back to me super fast regarding my question. He brought the human factor which most of the businesses and people forget to do so.

Awful
Awful. I cancelled my subscription so they gave me a free week. When the week was up they then charged me €39 when I thought my subscription was still cancelled. Have emailed multiple times but have gotten no reply. Avoid.
