I have wanted to try the Dyson Airstrait for months but didn't want to fork out a kidney for it not to work on my type 2 coarse thick hair so finding Rentoora was a dream, try before you buy, for me. Easy to book and even though it was a little delayed Celia was on it straight away to get it to me ASAP! It arrived with a lovely personalised note and securely packaged. I cannot express my gratitude at being able to use this and see the difference in my hair... Straight away I went on to purchase my own as I now know it's worth it. Returning was made easy and the service is just unreal... I will for sure be trying the other products available and cannot rave about this site enough! 5* from start to finish ✨

I use my Dyson Airwrap every day, so not being able to bring it from the US to London was a concern. This service made everything incredibly seamless. The device was delivered to my hotel right on time, and returning it was just as effortless. I left it with the concierge at the end of my stay. I absolutely love that this service exists!

This was a great experience! My US Dyson is never going to work in Europe even with an adapter, and being able to rent one for my week long trip was so convenient! If I had gotten a blow out it would have lasted less than 1 day with the rain. This way I could keep re touching up and re doing! Will deff rent again

This was the most amazing experience. My Dyson was dropped off and picked up at the front desk of my hotel in London and the agent at Rentoota coordinated everything with the hotel concierge. The Dyson was in pristine condition and made my trip to London great while not having to lug my own hair tools from the US.

The air wrap came nicely wrapped up and clean, was on time, In Great condition. I rented to try it out and this was a great way to try out the air wrap, great rental price.

We are from the US and recently had a trip back to the UK for a family funeral. I've had a Dyson Airwrap for over a year now and it's the only hair tool I use. I got rid of all other hair tools not thinking about the need for them when traveling abroad. As this trip came up, I bought a dual-voltage curling iron to use while in the UK. I tried it once it arrived, but it did not work well at all.

In my frustration, I found Rentoora online, seeing that I could rent a UK Dyson Airwrap for about the same price I purchased the (useless) curling iron for. Without hesitation, I returned the curling iron and scheduled my 7-day rental.

I originally scheduled it for the day after we arrived, but the company shipped it early due to recent delays they had experienced with royal mail, so it actually arrived the day we arrived! This was a pleasant surprise, but I did email to make sure I still had it through the 7th day of my rental, or if I now had to return it 1 day early, and they reassured me I have it through the 7th day I originally booked! So I got an extra day thanks to them being ahead of the game!

The airwrap itself was great. Worked exactly the same as my one at home and had all the attachments. Even my husband used it as his hairdryer on our trip!
The return was very easy. I just stuck the return label sticker over the original, wrapped up the attachments, taped the box and dropped it off. Very quick and painless!

Overall I LOVE this concept, not only for travelers but for those who want to try an expensive beauty tool first before buying it! I will 100% be renting again on our next trip to the UK :)

I couldn’t imagine being without my Dyson air wrap on my work trip to London. The process was seamless and the packaging was perfect. When I had a technical issue, a replacement was delivered to me within hours. I would not hesitate to rent from them again.
