Harassing with automated emails over the weekend
The process was smooth, however I filled out the application on a Friday evening. I got prompted to ask my manager to verify the link he got on his work email. The next day I got another 2 automatic prompts. Most people don't work on Saturdays and Sundays. Sunday I got another prompt. Unfortunately for me the Monday was a Bank Holiday in the UK. I got contacted by a person not automated message this time.
The first few questions were about Open Banking and work email which I've already filled out.
I complained to them about not giving me enough time to take action and then that was enough to give me a pass. So I didn't even have to verify the work emails.
Overall not a bad process but there's room for impovement and I hope this get's heard.

The team took too long to contact the previous landlord and they lied about contacting them until I (the resident) merged their emails together and forced them to contact my previous landlord.
