I needed a rental car since my own needed repair. I called Rent your car 20 minutes before closing time and they told me if I could come right away I could get a car. When I got there they had everything ready for me and I only had to fill out a form and then pay. Got outside and there was a brand new Hyundai Kona waiting for me. It had driven less than 30 km in total! Pretty sure I was the first one to rent it. Before bringing it back I had to fill the tank, but I wasn’t sure which fuel type to put in. Called their number and got the information that I needed. All in all a very good experience.

Amazingly responsive and helpful during my first-ever attempt to rent a car in the islands. Not only did they deliver the car to my hotel, they were very flexible about changes of drop-off times, and the fact that I didn’t fill the gas tank! Great service - got a new clean car. Ouick and easy service at the Airport and easy to return.

At check in, I asked for a free road map to Faroes and was given a picture map that was a souvenir, not a road map and was charged an outrageous 199DKK! Also wanted to purchase the tunnel toll package and was told it would be charged each on usage after we dropped the keys off in a week upon car return. Not a warm welcome to the islands and very atypical from the rest of our experience here for a week’s stay.

It was easy to get, easy to drive and trustworthy.

Great experience! We rented a car for one week, with a pick up/return from the airport. There was zero line up, the attendant was super friendly and check in was fast and easy. Our car was clean and reliable. The parking lot is pretty huge, so be sure to follow the instructions of the attendant to find your car!

The picking up process went smoothly and we were even given the option to switch our gps with a wifi device. This improved our trip greatly (searching gor campsites and so on).
Would definitely book car at "rent your car" again.
