Repairbase.eu is a scam!

I ordered a package on the 17th of March and I have yet to recieve it. I have also reached out to them twice, but never got a response back. They won't send you your package, nor give the money back that you payed for nothing.

Repairbase.eu stole my money and lied to me.

I ordered a phone battery from Repairbase. It never arrived. When I followed up, someone called Romanas Klimas told me that the delivery company, PostNL, had destroyed it as was a prohibited item, and that repairbase wasn't responsible.

This didn't sound right at all. Surely it's Repairbase's responsibility to only send permitted items, and secondly, a private courier doesn't have the authority to destroy people's property.

I contacted PostNL and sure enough, they said the item was returned to sender. I sent proof of this to Repairbase, but they refused to acknowledge it and simply parroted their previous lies about the item being destroyed and it being my fault.

They refuse to return my money even though they still have my item. They are liars and scammers. Avoid them like the plague.

Ordered a spare battery. After one month, I haven't received anything. The tracking number they sent me points to nothing, and whenever I contact them on their website, I get the same 2 answers : "Hello, order is shipped and will be arriving soon" "Hello, tracking number will be updated to delivered once it arrives".

Edit : I have received the package, exactly one month after having purchased it. I'm guessing the products were shipped from China to Vilnius Lithuania and that they didn't have it in store.

I asked the seller if the required part was OEM (glass) or plastic before ordering. He ensured me it was glass. So I order the part (8€). The package arrived quite quickly from Latvia (1 week) to Belgium. But I received the same plastic part (not OEM) I had already ordered on aliexpress for less than 1€. I sent a mail to the seller asking what solution we may find now: no answer.
