Scott must have a magic wand because when I turned the tv on in front of him the problem had gone away. He did say that Samsung had issued an update. He fixed the sound bar problem by looking and changing the location of the HDMI cable on the tv.

Matthew from The Repair Guys came to fix my dishwasher. I’m not the expert here but I don’t think it was an easy fix and it took a lot of fault finding to get to the point where he could resolve the issue and fix the appliance.
I watched him take the unit apart with practiced ease as he delved further and further into the component parts. Not only did he fix the machine, his root cause analysis identified errors made during the install which contributed to the machine becoming faulty and they were also rectified. Everything was fixed and put back together in no time.

As well as his obvious professionalism and expertise, he was very polite and respectful, not to mention, a contortionist as he had to get into some awkward positions whilst taking the machine apart.

I only have positive comments for Matthew.

My washing machine started knocking. In less than a week it had been diagnosed, new part ordered, fitted and machine tested. Matthew and Peter were both consulate professionals who knew their trade. Very highly recommended.

Hayden was extremely polite, efficient and professional yesterday when he repaired our Samsung washing machine with a new belt.

We were kept informed of the time of arrival and have been so impressed by them.
Scott brought our microwave back and volunteered to unpacked it, put it back into position and switch it on to make sure it was ready for use for us. Matthew came this morning to see what was wrong with my tumble drier. He was very prompt. He managed to find the fault very quickly but unfortunately had to order a new motor.
Matthew was very polite and chatty.
I was very impressed with the livery on the his van. It looked very smart and professional.

Polite and very skilled and resolving issue with LG TV. Whole process from booking repair, the comms and fix were excellent.

Matthew arrived within the allocated time and provided an update before he arrived. Freezer is completed broken so he couldn’t fix it but he was friendly and very helpful.

Matthew came today and managed to repair our Rangemaster. He was able to successfully work out the problem that had been causing the issues over several months. He was very polite and efficient and was very knowledgeable. We have our cooker working again.😀👍

Matthew the engineer was very knowledgeable about the problems with our dishwasher. He solved the problem and gave advice as to how to avoid a repeat.

So our 3 month old samsung fridge freezer stopped working, we were visited by Matthew from the repair guy.
When I say this guy knew his stuff I ain't joking, he was so knowledgeable about the product and to top it off he was a great guy. Freezer back up and running like new.

Had a visit today from Matthew to fix our Samsung freezer. Although this was the second visit to the appliance, and we do still now need to await a part to be ordered to then hopefully complete the repair, we are very satisfied with the service we have received from The Repair Guys. We had clear communication prior to the arrival of our designated Repair Guys on both occasions, and they were clear in their explanations of what they were doing and why.

Scott collected my microwave for repair. Was kept informed of progress and it was returned repaired with text messages and calls informing me exactly when arriving. Very good service.

Matthew was brilliant and provided a top-tier service. He was very quick, friendly, and diagnosed the issue with my tumble dryer immediately. He explained exactly what was wrong and ordered the parts straight away. Even though he warned me that parts might be tricky to source due to the specific brand, he assured me he’d do his best to get it sorted.
