Our Sony OLED TV suffered problems due to a series of power cuts. Sony recommended Repairguys and they were prompt in collecting our TV (Craig), thorough in identifying and rectifying the fault (Mike, engineer) and efficient in returning it to us (Pete). Now working perfectly and without needing new parts -a hard reset and set up resolved the problem.

Both “Guys” that turned up with my very big TV where very helpful and friendly
They kept me well informed on times too.

I felt for them in this “heatwave” 🥵 we are having at the moment (23/6/26) Scott and Rob deserve a pay rise ;-)
and let’s not forget Cheryl back in the Office which I’m sure would be just as hot? 😉

Pete came out and fixed my Samsung washing machine within 20 minutes of arrival.
Arrived on time , did a few checks located the fault and repaired with a part from his van . Efficient , quick and friendly service .
A company that provided a excellent service with a engineer (Pete) who knew his stuff 10/10

Ryan was very polite and helpful explaining to my with about the machine clean and tidy whilst repairing the machine and leaving the room as he found it by cleaning up before he left.

We have a TV that has not really worked properly since we bought it and finally, in desperation, called the supplier John Lewis. They arranged for a home visit to inspect the TV and a few days later Scott from Repairguys turned up. He hit one or two buttons on the remote, did a factory reset and ordered a replacement Motherboard. Seven days later he turned up again to install the new Motherboard and answer a few relevant questions that we had.

We now seem to have a TV that works better than it ever has done so far and we can't ask for any more than that. Thank you.

Scott was polite, cheerful and very helpful. We hope not to see him again but the coffee is ready if he ever has to call again. Nice guy, good job.

Our Samsung Tumble Dryer had failed and was generating a loud banging noise. Hayden from Repair Guys was scheduled for initial triage visit, where he arrived on time and in line with text message updates. He stripped the machine and found fault with a Vent Fan, which he had a replacement on the van. However this fault had also caused consequential damage to the Motor and had to be ordered. We waited around a week for the part to arrive and reschedule for a second fix appointment, which was completed successfully. Overall happy with the repair, no fuss or long winded forms. Repair Guys worked directly with Samsung Warranty efficiently and effectively to repair my product.

Great guy who quickly saw what the problem was and came up with solution.
