got my Chevy Manual on time... manual compiled and detailed with pictures

Manual was more than I expected. Easy to use and read. Customer service was great

I was expecting a hard copy manual mailed to me not a file that i had to download and print

Repair manual for my car did not provide enough detail to properly remove the catalyst. Upon trying to refund my money for not providing ease of access to catalyst and what other components needed to be removed the support agent decided to argue with me about it and kept interrupting me to as I'm trying to explain the detail that it was not providing me. Stated 2 to 3 days to refund my money but has now been a week since and contact support again to correct this issue and still have not received my money back.

I ordered a repair manual for my 2011 Nissan Quest. The company was quick to respond with a link to download it, but upon downloading the set of modules, I couldn't seem to find the pages for the repairs I needed to perform. I contacted 'repairmanualnow' and told them my dilemma, and even though there was probably not much of a demand for an older make and model vehicle such as mine, they promptly searched for an answer to my situation and were able to obtain an updated version that had been released by Nissan at a later date and time, and immediately sent a second email with a link to the more recent and fully complete manual (which seems to have all the info I may ever need) for my minivan).
I just want to say "thanks" to all those involved for the quick response to my communications and top-notch customer service and support. If I ever need a manual for another vehicle, I already know just who I'll be returning to!

There is information that I never had before and was basically unavailable from any other source that I have been able to find.

the manual was a little all over the place, it would have been nice to have been reworked

Good communication when I had questions. Manual file is very good!

Great Manual for my Maserati Ghibli saved me thousands.

For beginners or DIY people this manual is a bit confusing and hard to locate what you are looking for and no backup help provided if you send enquires and questions.
Good luck

I wanted it in book form. My husband doesn’t do online!

I made my purchase and it did not arrive so it made me think I had been scammed. The agent got in touch with me, gave me a reason for the delay and promptly filled my order. Now my grandson will have a very happy birthday surprise! Thank you so much. :)

Took longer than advertised to receive the manual but it did arrive. Thank you for the quality manual

Gave me they wrong manual, my car is a 2018 elantra sport they sent a manual labeled 2016-2019 Elantra, 2016 ended a generation, new body style in 2017-2018, I have a 1.6l turbo, intercooler, dct transmission. I emailed them that it was the wrong manual, no response, and the number they provide is an international number to nowhere.

Update

The manual they sent had a photo of an older generationpn the cover page, but the manual covers 1.4l,1.6l 2.0l. It is 9k plus pages, had to use the search function, but the information is there. Wish it was just for the 1.6l only, for easier navigation, they suggested to update my Adobe reader. For the price I can't complain.

The content on the manual I purchased is by far the most complete and useful. It would be great if I could find ones like this for my other vehicles.

Was sent a totally different manual than advertised. No response to emails and phone contact was for a foreign voicemail message that simply disconnects.

Edit: was contacted by seller after leaving bad review. Was finally sent the manual. Adjusting review to reflect resolution, but still unhappy it took this much of a run around to get a reply.

Only problem is that the index in missing so you have to scroll the pages to find the section you’re looking for …

Great for details, not as easy to use as chiltons print repair how too.

IThis sewrvice is very easy to deal with. They sent my manual right away and their customer service is excellent. Thank you.

have been looking for several years for a manual for our 2021 Honda insight. purchased the manual from Repairmanual and it looks like a very good manual for the price. The sale went very smooth and the service was helpfull with other questions
