I had a moderate accident on Good Friday, after contacting my insurance, I received a text saying East Bilney coach works would contact me to sort out details. By Saturday morning, my car was booked in and they collected it Tuesday and delivered it back today. Work done was unnoticeable, they valeted my car, it looked new again. They were very friendly and helpful, fantastic customer service and excellent communication. Fully recommend this company.

My customer service experience with East Bilney Coachworks was extremely smooth and straightforward. I was kept fully updated throughout the repair process including arranging collection of my car, delivery of a courtesy car and exchange upon completion of the work. Extremely pleased with the work completed and my car was cleaned prior to its return to me. Special mention to Sam who was so attentive and helpful and Oscar who took the time to explain the work required to resolve my crash damage. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to my family and friends. Thanks to all involved.

I honestly can’t rate this garage highly enough. After a really poor experience with another garage, East Bilney on Whiting Road took the job on and completely restored my faith. From the moment I contacted them, their service was on another level – prompt, friendly, and genuinely professional.
They kept me informed throughout, explained everything clearly, and delivered outstanding repairs. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the quality of the work is 100%. My car looks absolutely brand new.
If you’re looking for a garage you can actually trust, East Bilney is the place. Amazing team, amazing service, and amazing results.

Avoid East Bilney Coachworks King’s Lynn if you care about your car. My BMW (less than a year old) went in for repairs — they had two chances to get it right and failed both times. The car came back with over ten paint defects, scratches, swirl marks, dust in the paint, and poorly fitted trim.

I had to raise a complaint with my insurer, get an assessor involved, and have the work redone by a competent garage at a cost of over £12,000. The new repairer found shoddy work throughout.

The manager even said he “needed to put his glasses on” to see the issues — maybe he should’ve worn them during the repair!

If your insurer tries to send you here, refuse. Don’t be fooled by the “manufacturer approved” claim — it means nothing.

Awful workmanship, poor service, and zero care. Avoid!

Due to someone crashing into us whilst overtaking in the centre of a large town, we had repairs carried out at East Bilney Coachworks. Excellent, professional treatment from start to finish. Firstly being greeted by Sam on reception, dealing with the paperwork and more with a friendly smile and very efficiently, to Oscar and team whose paintwork repair cannot be faulted. Tip top job from a No 1 company.

East Bilney Thetford repaired the front end of my car. Their communication and service levels were exceptional. Kept me fully informed from estimate to completion and all done in a timely manner. The repair itself was to a very high standard and I would highly recommend.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Having reversed into a post resulting in damage to my car I visited East Bilney Coachworks, Thetford. The staff were very helpful in answering my questions and I would like to say a big thank you to Michelle ,Mason and Olly who kept me aware of progress with the repair. When I collected my car not only was the repair work completed to a very high standard but also it had been fully valeted so it looked like a new car. They also charged the battery for me as I don't drive many miles and it was probably run down.
I would highly recommend this company.

They repaired my new Mokka perfectly.
It looked like nothing had ever happened to it..and they also properly valeted the car, inside and out.
Nikki, the receptionist, is efficient, friendly and helpful and answered all my questions.
Absolutely happy with the job they done. Recommended 100%
