Excellent service. got my manual on time.
thanks

I have not received any information on how to download the manual(s). Sent appropriate email with vehicle information and no replies. Have sent six messages from personal email, four from site message and called numerous times only to ring twice and disconnect each time. What is bad is this site was highly recommended. No response from seller!!! Very disappointed.

I have not yet get any download!
In spite of several emails, no answer from seller!

Very satisfied with purchase. First I got just email asking for detailed car specifications and after few hours link with manual built for my car. Manual is relly comprehensive, some pictures are from older model, but description looks to be right.

Repair Manual solved my problem. I found all the necessary data without any problems. Thanks.

No manual. Hopeless

Edit: The reply is complete and utter BS, the manual was not available and the money was simply refunded

Great manual and delevered in timely fashion.
Thank you.

After problems with the download not working, they continued troubleshooting until everything worked properly and I received the manual. GREAT SERVICE!

All is well, thanks

Generally, I have been able to find the info I was looking for, but it takes some time to find stuff. The links in the text to other pages do not work, or at least I was not able to make them work. In each section there are repeats of the section for different models/years but not always identified as to which. I would assume the original Honda material does not have this. For the most part this is not a problem other than adding many pages to tab through.

I ordered a 2017 Armada service manual.
After I paid the $30, the download link only contained a zip file with a generic pdf instructing to send an email.
I thought I had been scammed but I went ahead and sent the email.
Sure enough, a few hours later they sent me a download link for a zip containing dozens of PDF files that make up the manual.
These files are for individual chapters and there is no index.
The files link to each other but the filenames had mismatching case.
Not a big deal on Windows but it is broken on linux and Mac. I had do some command-line renaming.

It looks like they purchased one copy of the manual and then sent out the individual PDFs from the CD.

I am rating three stars since I sort of got what I needed but the whole process feels sketchy.

If the PDF was a searchable file it would be a much better product. I know for the price I’m not going to have hyper links, but that would be nice.

These manuals are very helpful and super detailed. I have numerous ones for my vehicles

Documents would only open in 2 of a multitude of pdf apps [adobe dc and PDFescape Desktop. Other than that docs. are ok.
