Great experience with replient! I use the tool to automate my Instagram comments and DMs, and it runs reliably, doing exactly what I need.

What really convinces me, though, is the support. I use replient.ai for a spanish travel brand with around 100K Instagram followers.

Replient started as a tool for managing and replying to comments, and it was already good at that. What surprised me is how fast it has grown. It now has a DM builder, email capture with webhooks, contact management, DM analytics and a mobile app. For Instagram comment-to-DM funnels, it plays at the same level as ManyChat, at a much better price.

The other big reason I’d recommend it is the team. They are transparent about what the tool can and can’t do, they reply quickly, and they actually listen to user feedback. You can see that in how often they ship new features.

If you sell through Instagram comments and DMs, it’s well worth a look. 10/10
