Good product (a second-hand DVD player) at a very good price. Online buying experience was good and pain free. Product was in good condition when it arrived.
So why only 4 stars? Because the site said "Order in the next X hours to get get free, overnight delivery". Then they used Royal Mail 48 hour delivery and took a day to hand it to the carrier. So a Wednesday order arrived on Saturday. Which is absolutely fine for me - except for that promise of overnight delivery.

Bought a Sony DVD player arrived a day early and although it was supposed to be reconditioned you couldn’t tell the difference from new would recommend this company

Arrived next day …some sound off this ..leds a wee bonus …at a great price .well done guys ..I’ll be looking at other products …im happy ..don’t know if my neighbours will be though lol

This is really a five star review
This is really a five star review. The only issue that dropped a star was because the product had a brilliant sound but was not compatible with my equipment. The customer services team are absolutely awesome. They respond really quickly and communicate well.

Quick delivery and the laptop works perfectly and smoothly!
Had a minor setback with the wifi not connecting to home hub but they were very helpful and guided me on what to do! All fixed and connected!
