I was looking for a specific piece of fairly distinctive furniture to match existing pieces. This business, along with a couple of others online, listed the same/similar item I was looking for. I fired off an email and got a reply from the owner within hours, on the weekend. He answered my follow-up questions similarly promptly, the item was in stock, I ordered online and a few days later it’s sitting in my bedroom, having been delivered upstairs by the courier. The furniture is exactly what I wanted and as described.

I’m still waiting for a response to the emails I sent to the other businesses selling the piece. In this case it’s a win for customer service.

Very good quality bed. Good communication.

I viewed and paid for an item listed on the site and paid with my Paypal account. After regestering with Retrofurniture, my monies were sent back to my account. I had to call up the site tobe told they no longer stocked the item advertised. The Gentleman said he may have one left in the warehouse and said he would call me back (bringing up my hopes). He never did....

Ordered a super king sleigh bed. Communication from repro furniture was excellent and the delivery process seamless. The bed itself was beautiful. Excellent quality and so easy to assemble. Highly recommend.

Excellent service throughout, and lovely to be able to speak on the phone to get initial information. Clear and prompt communication regarding delivery, timeframes etc, and delivery service excellent.
Almost forgot - the bed is beautiful, very good quality and straightforward to assemble - 2 people needed for 1-2 aspects just.

The bedside cabinets look very good. They arrived when they said they would.

We had ordered a French Carved Mahogany Bed from the Repro Furniture Company, we then received an e-mail to say that the bed was out of stock, we contacted them to say that we loved the bed and that they would contact us when the beds had been delivered and our payment was refunded on the day of our order. We would recommend this company to order from, the person we spoke to was polite, efficient and made our day.

Lovely chest of drawers, great size and good quality. The only issue was that the delivery service did not contact me prior to delivery.

Beautiful bed….very happy….easy to assemble

I recently purchased flat bed from reprofurniturecompany.com. The item I originally wanted (double bed) wasn’t available, but the staff promptly suggested a similar, higher product ( king size) which was on offer at less price than double bed. They promptly contacted via messaging service and refunded the amount. The new product turned out to be good, well packed and the driver followed all the instructions. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the customer service was excellent throughout the process. Highly recommend them for their honesty, professionalism, and customer-first attitude.

I bought the Loire bed and I am over the moon with it. It’s hand made and such good quality. It was also super easy to put together. Communication was excellent and the delivery guys were so friendly. I would definitely buy more furniture from this company.

I recently purchased the rococo noir king black headboard after months of deliberation. I am so happy that I did. The headboard itself is huge, heavy, detailed beyond imagination and it cetainly exceeded my expectations. It is a beautiful piece of furniture that will last for years to come. The price reflects the quality of the item, and it is more than reasonable. Delivery price was high but reasonable, taking into consideration that this was delivered to home address by the owners of the company. Delivery was within a quick timeframe and the communication from purchase right up until delivery was brilliant. I could not fault it. I will certainly be purchasing further pieces from this company again in the future
