Had one of our slats break on our bed after nearly 3 years. It wasn’t even apparent to me until it happened that I had such a long warranty on the beds. We bought 2 at the same time for our holiday pods and Spencer was amazing, he even sent me 2 spares. Awesome customer service.

George was very knowledgable and answered all my queries when I visited the showroom. He was polite, helpful and went out of his way to steer me in the right direction. He tried hard to be flexible within the limitations of the company and I ended up purchasing a bed .

Exceptional level of service. Product is excellent, but working with Melanie made the process of purchasing five beds and arranging for international delivery incredibly straight forward and cost effective. I couldn’t rate Melanie and the team highly enough.

I ordered an ottoman bed about a year ago. Recently it wasn’t lifting up causing damages to parts of the bed. I emailed them with photos and was kindly greeted by Grace who was very helpful and fast on responding. She arranged for the broken parts to be delivered with assembly in a weeks time. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Spencer & Lenni have been wonderful today. Showroom is very clean and not too big. Solid beds. Top british quality!

Just came to the Leicester showroom and very happy with the range of beds (we’re very excited with the Oxford bed in particular).

Lenni showed us around and was incredibly helpful in helping us make a decision!

All the staff at Get Laid Beds have been absolutely fantastic, especially George, Stephen and Spencer! They’ve all been extremely helpful and walked and talked me through the process and made the order quite seamless.

Bed looks great, very space-efficient. Timely delivery. Adam and Sean did a great job installing, swift and organised, and polite and friendly. They even took their shoes off coming in without having to be asked. Good work

Great product, easy to follow instructions. Spencer’s customer service was excellent and was a great help messaging me throughout the process.

We were rebuilding our loft bed recently and had mislaid the instructions. We had a super quick reply from Elisha at Get Laid with a pdf of the instructions. Excellent bed and top service :)

I ordered a White Knight bed in sapele. It looks beautiful. Solid and well made. There was a hitch on the order, which delayed delivery but Chris in customer service was very helpful and I felt he went the extra mile to make things right. When the bed was delivered, Paolo and Tyler did a great job. Very polite, tidy and quick! Thank you

I visited the showroom today as I wanted to see the beds before buying. It was a truly lovely experience. I had pre booked an appointment and was offered a hot drink as soon as I arrived. This was most welcome as I had travelled over from Shropshire. I spent a good hour in the showroom and was dealt with two fabulous staff members - George and Spencer. They were both professional, very helpful and very knowledgeable . And I am now absolutely clear which bed, mattress and accessories are for me. It was very well worth my time to drive to the showroom and see the beds for myself. A fantastic experience. Thank you.

I contacted Laid beds and a very helpful and professional customer service representative called Spencer helped me place my order for a Tokyo low bed with floating shelves. It was quick and easy 🙏🏽
