Looks alright overall but bracelet has a few rough spots they missed polishing. Reached out about a month ago for a replacement link, still waiting on it.

Dear Customer,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the issues with the bracelet finishing as well as the long delay in getting your replacement link delivered.
We would like to clarify a few details regarding your order for transparency. While our watches undergo standard quality checks prior to dispatch, it appears these rough spots were overlooked in final inspection. More importantly, taking a month to get a replacement link sorted is completely outside our usual standard of service, and we take full responsibility for this communication gap.
We have already flagged your issue as urgent with our fulfillment team to ensure your replacement link is processed and shipped out right away.
Please reply to our message on WhatsApp or email us with your order number so we can provide you with the direct tracking information immediately. We truly appreciate your patience and hope to make things right for you.
