The curtain does not performed as advertised. The noise reduction effect is minimum. Customer service did not follow up my questions until I emailed them the second time. Even then not all my concerns were addressed. The curtain can be functional as a blackout or thermal curtain, but not so much as an acoustic curtain.

Kelly was extremely attentive and she listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. She also ensured that I received all the information regarding my exchange. I am very pleased with the knowledge and skills of your staff. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale. On scale of 1 to 10, your customer service team is a 10. Keep up the good work!

I have waited for one month before the curtain is shipped. When I am trying to install it, after an hour or so, I figure out that their brackets are incorrectly forged! the clip was supposed to align parallel with the bar but it is perpendicular! And it is forged and you cannot do anything about it! Now I am really disappointed with this $300 purchase and of course the company.

We purchased five soundproof curtains to combat our noisy neighborhood in D.C. They arrived quickly and went up relatively easily. My wife loves that they are attractive, and I love their functionality. They don't eliminate the noise, but they do reduce the intensity of it. The video demonstrations that Residential Acoustics have on their website are a very good representation of the ability of these curtains to do their job. I was even pleasantly surprised at how easy and quickly we were able to resolve a production error.

This is one of the best companies I have ever ordered from online. The products they make are of exceptional quality and they definitely reduce a good amount of noise. I will use this company again in the future for when I move to another apartment or house.

ordered the premium hooks and one broke while hammering it per instructions, apparently I hit it too hard but they are not even made of a material that seems to bend. Otherwise very happy with them

If, like me, you live by a busy street, you should definitely buy this product. It's easy to install and it muffles most of the noise, such that you can sleep in peace!

incomplete hardware, disappointing Velcro (not sewn in), easily misinterpreted installation instructions, no follow-up with customer service. product does seem to perform as advertised, but overall not worth it.

Hard to roll up.

Terrible at sound proofing. Hard to roll up. Crazy expensive for what it is (loose fabric stitched to a piece of vinyl).

My initial experience was positive. When I had questions before I ordered, customer service was helpful in providing answers. The ordering process was also easy, and I liked that I could track the progress of my order. The issue now is that the website says orders normally ship in 5-10 days – this has not been the case. I ordered on Dec 29, and my order has not shipped. As of Jan 11 or 12, tracking said that my curtains were waiting to be packaged. As of Jan 20 they are still waiting to be packaged. Customer service has not responded to my latest inquiries. We need this curtain to contain the noise from our barking rescue dog to ease neighbor irritation, so these unexplained delays are a real problem for us. Very disappointed in the delays and lack of response to my latest inquiries.

Ordered one of the AcoustiCurtains for my sliding glass door to my patio to help block the noise pollution from the busy expressway our apartment is located on. Made sure to measure repeatedly before I ordered so I could be sure the curtain would fit over the entire door frame with extra room on all sides, per instructions on the website. Took 1 month to actually receive my product. When I hung it up, it did absolutely NOTHING to block or even remotely minimize the traffic noise! I could have achieved the same result if I had simply taped paper to the glass. Wasted close to $300 on this crap! Customer service said it was my fault that I didn't order the right size or hang it right. What a joke!

I have a unique story and experience. I bought a condo in 2012 next to highway, not knowing how loud it would get at times. Now I have been looking for a product for the last 4 years and I did not want to spend $10,000 to replace my windows. Then one day doing all this research I land onto this company, what blessing and the one thing that stood out was the customer service and I have to say you are very lucky to have an employee like Lynn she was so helpful. The first order the measurement was a off and they replaced it, since I was the first customer for them from Canada. Now I have to say about the curtains it not only blends into the room it gets the job done my noise has decrease so much it's incredible. Thank you guys for the solution you have provide and wish your company lots of success in the future.

I work remote full time for a large software company and having two kids and school out for the summer it was necessary to create a more isolated work environment. The AcoustiTrac split panel curtains work fantastic on the french doors in my office. They are worth every penny and would not hesitate to purchase them again.

Thick and durable product - very well made. You can tell the curtain is sewn by hand and the material is nice. Doesn't block 100% of the noise but the website doesn't claim to do so. Works well and does what it claims.
