Waste of time ‘middleman’ firm which has offered zero effective or professional support whatsoever. In fact, advice given so far was to lie in the form and upload anything, just to bypass the system - their system. I was told Residently will be doing my referencing but this firm do not do referencing, that is outsourced to a third party called Let Alliance so any documents and data you give Residently, it is passed on to their nameless ‘trusted partners’ and Let Alliance thus distributing your private details across several platforms without your knowledge. Residently just harvest data as a pointless middleman. Well not exactly pointless, I suppose their platform makes the agents job even easier, not that an estate agent’s job is difficult - being an estate agent is the simplest job on the planet and the biggest cash cow on the planet also. With Residently, they get to charge more and do less. Stay clear of Residently if you want a smooth, accurate or professional process.

Moving can be very stressful but Residently has been a great help of my moving in experience. They have all the services needed for my moving in. They have been very helpful with my queries and concerns. On the day of our moving in we even received welcoming gift.

1000% would recommend for anyone who wants to move cross country or move anywhere! Having everything in 1 app makes it very easy to communicate with relevant parties and keep organised. I was very skeptical when paying my deposit via bank transfer but it is safe and secure with confirmation within 24 hours. A great service and will be using going forward for any future moves. BIG thanks for Ria for answering all my questions and their continued support 😊

At the beginning I was worried about it but it turned to be the most successful and easiest rent process I have never gone through. They are very helpful and supportive and also they are very patient and answer all the questions in pleasure. I totally recommend them to anyone, if you need to rent with trust and calm, definitely choose responsibility.
