The person dealing with the call was excellent

The person dealing with the call was informative, called me by name and new the details of my case. He also explained the timescales, what they had to date and the next steps. he also provided me with a card back number and portal to access my case. What more could I ask for!

Wasn't expecting a call

Wasn't expecting a call, which i took while I was out at a rehearsal. The gentleman was very polite, but I didn't really see the point of the call. The call was a bit late in the evening to be acceptable.
