Mark was so helpful today and my experience of customer service at Pop Telecom has consistently been excellent.
They connected me to the Internet when I moved house, when BT left me high and dry, having given me a connection date when they just didn't turn up and said they were unable to provide an internet service in my area after all. Pop Telecom rescued me!

I was experiencing abysmal download speed while trying to update my satnav. I put in a complaint to Mark at Pop telecom and after doing the usual checks, he got Openreach to investigate. An engineer visited and concluded the fault due to ‘crosstalk’. After about 20 minutes he returned to gather his tools and I now have excellent broadband speed.
The agent was very understanding
The agent was very understanding, patience and took time to clarify things for me. I felt confident with their knowledge and ability to clear and understanding. I would never have been able to set this up myself. I did not catch the agents name but my case: Re: Fault TTB - Total Loss of All Services TicketID=108404
Great customer service
Alfred gave great customer service and organised and urgent engineer visit to help. He kept me up to date and informed throughout the whole process. Despite the difficulties getting set up, which is no fault of Pop the customer service made it all worth it!

One hiccup but on the whole great customer service
Although I had previously had a unsatisfactory experience with one customer service agent, the last two ladies I have dealt with have been fantastic, I can’t remember the name of the lady who first helped me to get full fibre installed but I would like to give a special mention to Josie who was very patient and helped me resolve an issue quickly. Thank you Josie for your excellent customer service. I would also like to add that despite one poor experience, on the whole I have found pop telecoms customer service very good, whether that has been over the phone or via webchat, I have not once experienced having to wait in long queues to speak or chat with an agent, Great job pop telecoms customer service, the lady who’s name I can’t remember (may have been Kim) and Josie. Above and beyond customer service
This is my mother’s account but I supervise it for her. She had an issue and I was trying to help her with sorting it out. I spoke to Job on a number of occasions over 2 days, he advised, kept me up to date with email back ups too he really could not of been more helpful. We finally got to the bottom what had gone on thanks to him and the team at Pop Telecom. Fantastic customer service, really above and beyond.

Having recently experienced issues with broadband speed and connectivity, the technical support team did a great job at helping to review the issue, ensuring that Openreach engineers were scheduled, as well updating at relevant occasions. Alfred, was very professional in signing off on the technical issue, once it had been resolved and was excellent in going the extra mile. Thanks again

AVOID POP TELECOM.
In the middle of February 2026 Pop telecom terminated my phone and broadband services without WARNING and in clear breach of contract . Since then they have continued to bill me for a non existent service, worse still they have taken to ,just demanding payment without even providing an invoice ,and when one is provided it makes no sense whatsoever for a non existent service.
I have received only one call from a member of staff, who admitted mistakes had been made and he would speak to the senior management team, and get back to me that day or at the latest on the Monday to resolve matters. Charges since my service was terminated are listed below.
4 February 2026 £40 charge for an Open Reach engineer to visit, no engineer ever visited and no refund from Pop telecom .
2 March 2026 £51.49 charge for non existent service
23 March 2026 £109.98 drawn out of my bank account. by direct debit no invoice and no prior warning .
16 April 2026 £79.99 invoice for a two year old router with a value on eBay of around £10.00 if that!.
6 May 2026 latest charge £81.14 again no invoice!.
Please do yourselves a favour and give POP TELECOM a wide berth, unless you are in need of empty promises and bogus charges ,from a company that doesn’t have a clue what customer service should look like.
Matters is now in the hands of the ombudsman’s .
