Order #44230, placed August 27, 2025. Paid 60$ for a Retaliation Hoodie (Black/Red, 2XL), shipping to Europe

Their own FAQ promises delivery within 3–10 weeks. It is now April 2026 — 33 weeks and counting. No tracking number has ever been issued.

Timeline of their responses:
- Oct 7, 2025 (6 weeks in): "Your item is currently within the production time frame." They then quoted a new, longer window of 3–17 weeks + shipping — different from what's on their website.
- Dec 16, 2025 (16 weeks in): "It is still in production and will be finished soon."
- April 2026 (33 weeks in): still nothing.

Their refund policy states "all sales are final" and they do not offer cancellations.

Buyer beware: the quoted timelines are not real, and the "all sales final" policy is used to stall customers indefinitely rather than refund them.

trash company, ordered hoodie july 4,2024 have not received anything. tried to contact, they just said they are looking into it. since then my emails regarding my order have just been ignored.

Ordered a t-shirt in November 2025 and still haven't received it, I reached out to their customer service and never received a response. Definitely would not recommend purchasing anything from them.

I ordered a gym set with them over 23 weeks ago, they have emailed me back once after 19 weeks telling me to have patience and I will have my order soon, worst customer service I have ever received, absolute con artists I don’t know how they get away with it, scammed me over £150

Ordered Pants and a shorts, and there was a mistake with the shipping, contacted customer services minutes after order was placed, they got back right away and wanted to resolve my issue, sent back the email with fixed address, got ghosted for 3 weeks until packaged was delivered, and the they got back to me about BS Refund policy, customer service is a joke, horrible, dealt with bigger companies and are way more accommodating than these blokes

Ordered something in November 2024 for Xmas for my son. Still hasn't come 14 MONTHS later, occasional response from them to my emails to say they don't know when it will come or know anything or help. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY OF FRAUDSTERS, AVOID!!

DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS. They took my order on 17TH NOVEMBER. Nothing received. I have asked for a refund which they totally refuse to do.

I ordered a hoodie and sweats from them on July 12, 2025 and I have still not received any update except automated emails.

I wouldn’t buy from this company. I’m not sure if I’ll get the product or not but it’s too late now to even chargeback unfortunately.

I would like to give 5 stars because all 3 tshirts are top quality, great cuts, heavy fabrics and it fits very well. But there is a reason for only 4 stars and thats because they dont reply on customer service in email, but when i written them message on instagram they replied after few days and they helped me through the ig messages to fix size of one tshirt in my order. The shipping of goods takes few months so dont expect to have it next week. About shipping i have to say it works better than from yeezy.com because i made order from retaliation and at same day as from yeezy and retaliation arrived sooner and whole package and from yeezy i still didnt recieve another half of my order until now. I ordered stuff from retaliation i think in July and it arrived i think at the end of october but unfortunatelly without email with shipping info it just somehow arrived successfully 😅.

My son bought clothes and have have never arrived. Such a scam get computer generated responses and no phone number. Not happy!

Ordered 4 shirts and 1 hoodie, got the 4 shirts still over 1 year later no hoodie

Ordered 2 items of clothing a year ago, got nothing. Wrote to support multiple times, they kept promising they will send my order, never came. Absolute scam . DO NOT BUY FOR THEM!!

DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE , they never respond to emails , conned out of £147 . Ripped off would be the best way to explain it

Ordered in early September still waiting for my shipment.

Never received my 3 t-shirts, tried to contact but got no answer after 3 times. Such a scam can’t even cancel, don’t order from these guys.

I have ordered 4 shirts from RP, and only 2 of them have arrived. The first one was ordered on June 4th, 2025, and the other on September 9th. Second time emailing RP regarding the status of my orders.

I ordered around 160$ its been 5 months and I haven’t received anything not even an email.

They don’t reply to their email they even delete tik tok comments when I asked about the delivery.

Its just a scam
