If I could choose 0 stars I would. Ordered 2 Ts on july 4th, it’s now 13 nov and still no product. Typical influencer Business.

21 of august i placed a order and never recieved a comfirmation mail. 14 september i contacted them with the payment details and asked them if the order was send. They needed my order number that i ofcourse couldn't provide without a mail. Then they asked for my adres and later said they have send another comfirmation mail. Till this day 6 november i haven't recieved no mail nothing. I love the video's and really wanted to support but this is just scamming people.

Actual legit SCAM. It's not even bad it's a scam. I placed two orders in november 2024, as of october 2025 i have not even recieved shipping conformation yet. Customer support have been inconsistant, unprofessional and completely unhelpful - always basically saying that the items are "still in production" or offering me exchange options just in order to not respond after. I have also been denied a refund even tho my circumstances are more than justifiable. It is a scam, absolute terrible experience NEVER EVER buy anything from this brand

They are thieves. They took my payment a year ago, never filled the order, and refuse to refund me. They reply to my inquiries explaining they don’t give refunds and don’t address that they never filled the order. This company is fraudulent and should be shut down.

I ordered 270 Canadian dollars worth of clothing 8 months ago from this place and they still won’t send me the clothing. This website is a total scam do not buy from here

I ordered over a month ago and still haven’t heard back from any of the numerous emails I’ve sent them (they haven’t shipped or even given me any order confirmation). By the sounds of other peoples’ experiences I could be waiting another year…. the items I bought were supposed to be “3-4 days processing time”, I was paying for clothes to be shipped to me, not produced months after I placed the order… genuinely a scam please don’t waste your money. Now I still need clothes and am out $200

Do not order from here. I never write reviews and always take them with a pinch of salt so to speak as everyone always has something negative to say but this company is an absolute joke. Have been waiting 3 months now and customer service have completely stopped responding

I am a french canadian that was a huge fan of the influencers of RP. 11 months ago, i decided to order for 120$ of merch. 6 months later, i received 2 of the 3 items i ordered. I ask them if i was gonna receive the last item and they said that they will to their best to send it to me. A few days ago, i sent them 3rd message on their discord to get more information and they deleted my messages. Now i lost 40$ and i dont know if i will ever receive my tshirt because they are not replying to me. Order at your own risk i guess.😢

I ordered sweat pants from them. It was made to order so wait times would be longer and I understood this. I was almost at the full 90 day waiting period before you could make a refund request which is absolutely ridiculous. They declined and I never was given an option to refund. It’s been officially a full year and I never received even an email or tracking order of product. Just recently even remembered about this whole situation and came to write the review as a result. Stay far away from them and I hope they go out of business.

Been 9 months at this point, spent well over $100. After a few inquiries, customer service has just decided to stop responding. They claimed it was because my clothing still hasn’t been produced but refuse a refund.

Never received anything.Shirt took months with no information the be shipped. I get an email that they have been shipped. 2 weeks nothing and then the shipping says my address wasn't found and they have been send back. ??? I order regularly to this address and never had problems. Not even sure if it was actually delivered. Io contacted them but for weeks no answer. Only after visa steps in they answer me and say I should contact the shipping company. They tell me it's 17track. 17track is not even a shipping company they just track parcels. It seems they have no idea who they are working together with in China. Visa refunded me luckily.
Don't buy.

I have waited 366 days with proof for a single hoodie and shirt and the only reason they responded to me after weeks of asking on emails and the discord support is when i physically complained about what they're doing on there public server they said as compensation they'll send me something else and put priority on it they messaged me adding a week then said no sorry actually its a week more as we all can tell its been 8 weeks keep in mind with priority and still no product

Customer service is nonexistent with this company. Took 3-4 months to receive my sons bday gift (obviously late) and every time I would email to get an update, I would keep getting an even ruder reply. They honestly have no business ethics. I don’t even know how they are still in business! It was to the point where they told me to stop asking and the order will arrive when it does!

Ordered a $500 order in feb. It's now almost September and still hasn't arrive, would let me refund either. Horrible brand

yeah its true it's a scam, waited 3 months for my order, it finally arrived and the hoodie was made of the poorest material, put it on and my thumbs went straight threw the material. I could literally poke my fingers threw it like it was tissue paper. made the mistake of putting it in the washing machine it was almost ripped in half and now had about 50 holes in it. was as if i ordered it off wish or shein. massive scam.

Been waiting for big order hoodies worth 200 dollars in total for 6 months now. Company continues feeding me with “still in production”. I got delivered only 1 tshirt of really bad quality and thats it. Order YoungLA, it is worth its money and don’t scam you

Worse than 1 star. I ordered two t-shirts in February of this year and I’ve heard nothing, like all the other similar reviews here. No update on the progress of my order, only being told by the company “…we strictly adhere to the policies clearly outlined…” (referring to their refund policies when I asked for a refund) how is a company going to take my money and then refuse to provide any information…FOR TWO T-SHIRTS!! Or give a refund….definitely feels scammed, never ever buying from here again, if you want stuff from here - buy a year ahead of when you actually want it.
