Absolutely awful service. Ordered an item 21 days ago for my son. Apparently it still hasn't arrived at yodel depot. Emailed you twice and have no response. Going to go to my bank and try and reclaim money for fraudulent activity. Please do not use this company

Looks to be a scam job, order placed 26th August, 5 weeks on and no signs of it apart from a Yodel tracking link which says it's in transit via the third party vendor. I suspect it will never turn up

Placed an order on August 26th. Received an email on 04/09/21 to say my order had been shipped. Yodel tracking didn’t update until 20/09/21. I received my shirt 21/09/21 - 26 days after purchase! And, it’s a FAKE shirt! The logo has been ironed on, the emblem has been poorly stitched, the stitching of the shirt is poor and the inside label simply says ‘sport’. It’s extremely fake and tacky, considering the website claims all shirts are 100% authentic and not fake. I’ve contacted the company for a refund, but communications have been ignored. In the process of getting the money back from my bank. FAKE company. None of their social media websites work, even with the false claim they have up to 50 reviews a day on Facebook!

Avoid at all costs. They maybe cheaper, but the quality is shocking. You wait an age for the item to turn up and when it does, its 3 sizes to small and looks like it has been cobbled together by a child. Really poor customer service as well

This is a scam.

Previously placed an order but never received any confirmation of it and have had zero response from trying to contact for an update or refund. I have therefore raised this as fraudulent activity with my bank.

Placed an order, everything seemed fine, then they refunded my order without saying why or even letting me know they refunded it. Very poor customer service.

Avoid at all costs. I placed an order for my daughters birthday and they gave a long window for delivery, the delivery cart says it's with a 3rd party delivery and no other information can be found. I have tried emailing them texting them and even waited on their site on the messaging part for over an hour but nobody wants to make contact or reply.
I will have to chase this up with my credit card company to get my money back. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Order placed on 3 of September, but no delivery of order. Despite contacting them by all means they suggest, they have failed to deliver the goods paid for or contact me with an update. Will be contacting bank as a fraudulent company.

As with the previous reviewer, I purchased my shirt over 3 weeks ago and have not received anything yet. The Yodel courier link sent shows that the shipment has not been received at the depot and there is no delivery time line. I am awaiting a response to my issues from RetroJerseys

Good customer service, company aims to resolve any issues with order complications. Got my issues sorted out within an hour. If you treat the company and staff with respect when trying to communicate, you should have no problems.

One thing I would recommend to everyone who is going to order is double check your sizes, and DO NOT order based on the size-weight measurements of the size chart. Ensure that you use chest, arms, ect measurements.

Have had no communication with the company since placing my order 3 weeks ago. Have emailed and used their online chat bot (supposedly being run by humans) and still have nad no word on where my order is.

Happy to amend my review once someone replies, but this is getting stupid.

EDIT: Product has not arrived within the 3 week delivery window. Offered 20% as compensation, but no word on where my product is/whether I will receive a full refund should it not arrive.

EDIT 2: after over a MONTH of nothing arriving, no refund and no replies to my email, they have had the audacity to reply to this review asking me to contact customer services (something I did about 4 weeks ago with no reply). Horrendously fraudulent company.

Shirt I bought is 100% fake. What gave it away was the fact that the shirt I bought from this site says it’s made in Thailand, when in fact these particular shirts are ALL made in Cambodia. The size is also too tight for a large. It’s a very good attempt to replicate the real thing but when the site states the shirts are 100% authentic, I expect nothing less. I cannot access the site anymore for some reason so I will be requesting a refund through my credit card company.

Kits are 100% fake. Poor quality and no branding on the label

It’s 20:12 on a Tuesday night and a member of the team has emailed me updating me about my order and got me thinking the only person that’s working that late other than a owner is someone driven and determination to prove what they have!
I can see this business really taking off before all the money comes the customer because without them you have a name and that’s all
