Why do I have to pay to return the glasses frames back when I’ve ordered a few for trial? That’s the whole point of this website. And then I also have to pay for the insurance when returning? Makes no sense. I will not use this website again.

I have used Retrospecced before as there's a great selection of glasses, it's easy and convenient and best of all it's reducing waste.
The company is under new management and I was a little cautious when placing my order and emailing across with my prescription.
I cannot explain how shocked and happily surprised I was to receive my two pairs of prescription glasses the VERY NEXT DAY. Perfect lenses, amazing frames and absolutely astounding service. My hubby is going for his eye test later this week. We will definitely be ordering the new pairs of glasses from Retrospecced.
