First product arrived very timely and was able to cancel the fitness program no problem. Second product still hasn't arrived but they are communicating with me but fitness program was charged again and wasn't able to cancel until after billed.

I was disappointed in the extra cost for online sign up which I was not aware of.
The customer service was only reachable via email. But they reached out pretty fast. I could cancel right away.

Rhea used pictures of a friend of mine (but changed her name) claiming to have used their products and that it worked for her . My friend has never heard of this company. She lost her weight through gastric bypass surgery.

I would not recommend this product
I would not recommend this product. No changes in weight, mood or anything else. Also supposedly I signed up for an automatic subscription to RHEA Health & Fitness Protocol, however I have no access to said protocol and no way to log into an access point. I didn’t approve this charge and was told when I first reached out about the charge that they didn’t have a “self service” platform so I can access my subscription or products, but upon follow up I was given a link to a self service platform and logged in to cancel this subscription. Still no access to the RHEA Health & Fitness Protocol-
