You and your staff are genuinely concerned for the needs of those who shop your website. And the amount of knowledge and information you have concerning each product your carry.

Rhea has a very knowledgeable staff and they care. Repeatedly providing me with additional information I need to make the right decision for myself. Also providing additional information for me to consider in my selection of products. I am provided with knowledge and products which have really helped me to overcome the negative aspects of my type of menopause. Want subscription canceled

I ordered the product and thought I selected one time order. I emailed the company after I realized that I might be receiving more bottles or an ongoing subscription. They claimed they could not find my order, but I received another bottle today. I was not able to locate my order online and was not able to log in. either time. I am very unhappy at this point.

Product Has Changed

The first few orders were as expected, but then something changed after that. My last order came without the separate yellow boxes that their normally shipped in and the label also says made in China. I thought this was sourced in the U.S. I really don't trust this brand anymore and will be buying elsewhere.

We are currently moving toward more sustainable practices across our company, and one part of this effort has been removing the yellow individual boxes for our supplements. The packaging change is intended to reduce waste. Although it looks different, the product inside is exactly the same quality you’ve come to know and trust.

Regarding the “Made in China” label, we currently have two production batches: one in the USA and one in China. While we understand this may feel concerning, the formula itself was created in the USA, and both batches adhere to the same strict standards for quality, potency, and safety. The ingredients, their concentrations, and the supplement’s intended effects remain consistent across both batches, so you’ll receive the same benefits as before.

RHEA IS A SCAM AT ITS BEST-RHEA IS NOT CONSUMER FRIENDLY

I would have left it at zero stars if that were only an option. I placed an order for Colostrum and immediately after doing so I received a text from RHEA explaining how I needed to also order Inositol to accompany the Colostrum for the full effect. So I did order the Inositol, I was immediately charged for it and there is no shipping date in sight. If I wait to take the Colostrum with the Inositol and I don't like it or don't get the effect expected, it cannot be returned because RHEA has a 14 day return policy from the date you receive your item. There are no exceptions. I began taking my Colostrum as soon as I received it and it makes me sick no matter how I try to take it, today is March 5, I received it on 2/14/26 and they will not refund it. So, I emailed them today and told them I do not want the Inositol, I want a full refund and there is no response. Imagine that, they can respond to a request they know they are going to deny, but my request for a refund for an item that has not even been shipped they will not respond to. That is okay, I have filed a dispute with my bank and they are excellent at following up with these types of fraud and I am confident I will receive my credit of $83.98 for the Inositol. Also, RHEA excuse for not sending out the Inositol is because it is not live yet. There are several good supplement companies that sell Inositol. RHEA only wants to make a sale, do not buy from them.

It only gets better, received an email from RHEA stating my Inositol must be at a neighbor's house, but they will not supply a tracking number to prove that it was delivered to the wrong address. Even if it was, that is not my problem, I did not receive the Inositol and I want a refund. Also, they were happy to supply a tracking number with the Colostrum but not the Inositol, that is because there isn't a tracking number AND it was never shipped. If you read some of their comments to other people RHEA admits they do not have the Inositol yet!

My reviews and I have friends doing reviews and comments on social media. Nothing you put on Trustpilot will change anything until I am refunded for both products. I have offered to return the Colostrum to you, I never received the Inositol. And checking ingredients will not do you any good if you have never tried anything with these ingredients previously to trying your product. Why don't you stop wasting your time and the consumers and just be a good company? Because you don't know how! Good luck!

Very misleading

Very misleading. I have had no results nor felt any changes. I have been tak8ng this for about 2 months. I would not recommend nor purchase again. To expensive to not work.

Colostrum is working!

I’m on my second 3 pack set. I haven’t finished the first bottle of the second set . I changed my diet and I’m exercising more. I’m down 50 lbs since starting with Rhea. That was just the first round. I didn’t think I could lose this weight at 60, but with a superfood and meal prep ,exercise and Rhea, it’s really working!

Poor Customer Experience

Received product in a timely manner. Everything thereafter has been a disappointment and hassle. Being charged for a subscription I did not option and failing to respond to emails beyond automated responses has left me discouraged and insulted. As a result, I haven't even used the product. I question the company's integrity and business ethics. It's a very simple matter that has become a great hassle. If the subscription is not canceled and and billing issues not resolved, I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I have been trying to cancel this…

I have been trying to cancel this subscription. Rhea gives me diarrhea. I'm under Dr care and my Dr said to discontinue use. I am still getting bottles, have several unopened and still getting billed for product!
How do I cancel this order and get reimbursed for unopened product before taking legal steps with my Attorney? This isn't the first time ordering on line has had issues with CANCELING an order!
