Finley was really polite and helpful and understood exactly what I was after. I didn’t feel any pressure to say yes to a car until I was really happy with it. We visited the showroom without an appointment. We saw Maruf Miah who despite having to attend his own appointments, saw us. He explained the car we were looking for, politely, courteously and without a hard sell. He had good knowledge about the car.

This was our 3rd car from Richmond as sakes service is great with no hard sell or pressure to purchase.
Louis was fab and had excellent knowledge of the various vehicles!
He was very helpful in every aspect of the process even when our keys would not work after first few days of having the car!

Very good sales experience both before and after sales

Purchased a car nearly 12 months ago, it only came with one key. We were promised a spare would be sent out to us. A few months went by and we hadn’t heard anything so chased up via a phone and was told they are done in batches so can take a while but don’t worry we will be getting one. Fast forward several months and still no spare key despite numerous phone calls, email & live chat - promises of a call back never materialise and I’m starting to think we will never get the key as promised. Unfortunately it seems as soon as the sale goes through and form of after care goes out the window.
