Great experience buying my new car! Marius Mockus the sales executive could not have been more helpful at every stage of the process of purchasing my new MG HS Hybrid Plus. Very knowledgeable and helpful. So far I am very happy with my purchase and I would certainly use Richmond MG Guildford again in the future.

Great experience
From my initial inquiry to getting the car, communication was quite good. I had worries about buying a used car with my budget as I had read horror stories about after sale nightmares. Marius in particular was very helpful, patient with my queries and polite. Couldn't have asked for a better representative as he found me a deal within my budget and in a short space of time. Other members of the team were always willing to assist if he was off duty. I have only had the car for a few weeks and so far I don't have complaints. As they are an approved dealership, I feel I am in good hands if ever there is an issue based on my current experience. Thank you Marius and the team! Highly recommend.

Marius was great at helping me find the perfect car, not at all pushy like previous car sellers I've dealt with and when the car I wanted wasn't available he sourced a car that was even better than the one I had previously seen. All transactions were smooth and I came away very happy with my new car - thank you again!

Brilliant Customer Service
Following on from my initial call to MG Richmond on the 29th December 2025. The service I have received to get the damaged repaired to my car has been exceptional. Dave White from MG's base in Hampshire in particular has been a star. To the point where he came to my house on a Sunday morning to complete the work required. The attention to detail, to levels of communication shows this company really care's about their customers and the level of service they are striving to deliver. I was very impressed when I purchased my MG through them 18 months ago. But after the last 10 days, they have exceed that and more. Many thanks.

Good and bad.
The sales service was good but a bit rushed, don’t always believe what you are told as we have had issues with the used vehicle we bought that should have been picked up prior to us taking ownership. The after sales service has been good and very helpful, but then we have only had the vehicle under a week.
