Ronald, was very helpful very kind and very respectful about all my needs with my vehicle. My car service was taking care of on a timely matter. my car was done right around the time Ronald, told me it would’ve done. I am very satisfied. Although service was very expensive.

my car towed in due to dash…
I had my car towed in due to dash lights not going off. The 1st. Problem was the 1st. Towtruck, from Miami got lost. Sooo they sent someone from Alamo, who came later. Took the car nd. Left it in the lot, without going in with the keys! I called next day, they didn't have my car. Wanted Me to call Alamo! I did but mailbox was full. For 2 day's now. Found my car on lot with keys in, nd.door unlocked! So they fixed 2 sensors for $50. Deductable, even with car Warranty. Everyone was friendly nd. Informative to me. Very Upset With Towtruck Driver, Victor!!!!

First “Best Service” received since being a customer for a while from this location.
Best service experience ever by Andrea Sanchez. Didn’t expect it from this location especially after being a customer for a while on my second vehicle from this location where my whole experience has been awful, from purchase to service. Only reason for still being there is convenience of location. Thank you, Ms. Andrea for making my visit pleasant and enjoyable, hopefully next time I service my vehicle you will be able to assist or at least I get someone with the same or some type of customer service I received from you today.
