How can you rate this company anything less than a 5? These people here are passionate about sim racing And are very nice people to deal with. Never demeaning or insulting. Always very supportive and 100% stand behind their products! If your serious about sim racing And have a thrustmaster or are looking to build our even just get into sim racing. Beginner or expert ricmotech is the number 1 high performance sim racing equipment supplier! Easily the best customer service you can get in this business. And definitely the highest quality parts

Received my order very quickly, only draw back was the customs charge that I had to pay, which was a bit frustrating given the relative minor cost of the product.

I recieved well. It works well without any problems.

Very poor experience. I paid $30 in shipping with DHL. USPS was not an option on the site. Because they shipped it as commercial, I had to pay another $60 in customs fee’s when it arrived at my house. The main part of my order was missing from the package. I called and they shipped another one out right away, but they shipped that one by USPS which took an extended time to arrive.

They did not reply to any of my emails. Very poor communication.
