I was having a bit of delivery delay, It took them 2 weeks for the products to be shipped out when the webpage said 1-2 business days, but Ricmotech staffs have shown excellent quality by providing speedy responses and have helped me track my order. The product I received is worth the wait.

My wife purchased several items from Ricmotech for my previous birthday in September. My wife knows I take my Sim Racing very serious and I had to share my thoughts. First let me say thanks to Frank and his staff for letting me visit and test different Sim equipment while in South Florida. My wife purchased me the Direct Drive, Mini Mite base, (runs with Sim Commander 4), a MOMO Steering Wheel, GT1 Pro Pedal Set with mounting plate and lastly the Real Gear Race H22 Button Box. After very minor modifications to my GT Ultimate, motion simulator it was off to testing. I have to start by saying this new Sim equipment is far superior to my prior equipment, (TS-PC Racer base and wheel ), (T3PA Pedals with Load Cell ).. I’m not saying my prior equipment was bad but the Direct Drive and GT1 Pro Pedal Set takes things to an entirely different level of realism and speed on the track. I have already picked up a 1/2 second or more on my favorite tracks in iracing. I also need to comment about tech support. How many times do we Sim Racers call tech support and a living breathing knowledgeable person answers the phone on the other end, Never!?!? Its always send an email and we will respond in 48 hours??? Ricmotech is the Best in Sim Products customer support hands down! They even make you feel like a customer instead of a nuisance when you need tech support?

By far my fellow Sim Racers Ricmotech has figured it out any many different product line and DIY Sim Racing categories and support. Do yourself a favor and don’t over look them with the other price competitors’s and tech support...

Looks perfect. Partway through my build (had to take the time and find a good chair) but so far it's coming together great. The prints are quality and the instruction book helps a ton. Just take it step by step and learn what you need to do beforehand.

Parts were quickly delivered. Fit was great. Instructions were great. Also there is a lot of videos on Youtube that show you how to accomplish the job quickly. The videos are Great.
My only gripe was that the paddles I purchased needed to be deburred. There was sharp metal flash on the business end where my hands would be. Its an obvious oversight. For what the product is and what it costs, I expected this to have been done. I took sandpaper to mine and fixed them. A small thing but I feel a machine shop should not let this go.
I will still buy from them as I feel the product is otherwise PERFECT.

Considering this was an overseas order, it was delivered in very reasonable time. The item is excellent and arrived in good shape, so overall I'm very happy with the service.

Ricmotech do some nice Sim products and their service is generally good. However, this time I was let down. On my last order, I needed to make an amendment and contacted Ricmotech in good time. The request was ignored completely. Will now have to make a second order, paying another $15 international shipping charge for a $5 part.

Good communication when on order progress - delivery was prompt good overall experience which is nice for future reference. Thanks Frank

Happy with the button plate that I ordered for my G27 Wheel. The button plate fit perfectly and I put a MOMO 300mm wheel on in place of my G27 one. I am now happily playing all my racing and trucking games. Thank you Ricmotech!!
