This company is a rip off with poorly made clothes, incorrect labeling in advertising(material content incorrect) poorly sewn, expect when washed, will shrink, be off bias, unable to wear! They are the opitamy of throw away garments. No labels of content, origin, etc. Overpriced!! Will never! Buy from them again.

A complete scam. I paid $119.00 by credit card. It shows they are located in Orlando Fla.

It is a month and the tracking on GOFO was from China. The package never made it to the US.

I have emailed requested a refund 5 times. First was when I saw day 9 still in China had not moved. I felt this was misrepresenting a US company.

I never received and I get no responses. Zero.

I do get a lot of bad spam to the email used. Scams and adult content.

I was hesitant to purchase from a company in China. However, other than the length of time to deliver, I have had an excellent experience. I love the style of the shoes and love even more the kitten heel. The straight across the top of your foot style also caught my eye. It will take a few wears to break them in. I bout the brown leather. The pair of shoes is high quality and I will be purchasing additional pairs.

I have written 3 emails in an attempt to locate my order confirmation and arrange a return. I have also called the number and have not received a call back. The shoes I ordered are nothing like they were described on the site. They are cheap plastic, poorly constructed and frankly hideous. I inadvertently ordered 3 of the same pair of womens sling back flats and it seems now that I am stuck with them. I am furious that there is no way to contact this company and no receipt or return label in the shipping package. I would say "buyers be aware" this site is a scam !!!

The price is too high compared to the quality. After receiving the shoes, I decided to return them, but I'm having constant problems contacting the seller; this has been going on for about two weeks. When someone finally replied, they offered alternative solutions but not a refund. We have the right to a refund, don't we? I replied that I wanted a full return and a refund, and still no one is responding.

The shoes I ordered were just as pictured, true leather as advertised.
Shipping was from China & tracking info was incomplete for much of the wait. RileyRiver asked for a review when I hadn't received the product yet, so they weren't keeping track of delivery either. They didn't respond to emails but the package arrived about 3 weeks after ordering, so I guess not bad overall.

Ordered a pair of shoes that looked great in the website. It took forever to receive them from a factory in China.
The shoes smelled like petroleum they were not as advertised they weren’t Lester or suede but fake leather. The heels were made of plastic and looked cheap. I asked for a refund and they wanted to know why. When I responded they didn’t answer me. Luckily my credit card company reversed the charge and Riley River never responded again.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a Sherpa jacket as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The jacket arrived from China, and it appeared to be a used piece of clothing! There wasn’t one tag attached to the sleeve and not even a label at the collar! The Sherpa was completely flat and pilling! I tried several times to contact the company for a refund and to tell them how dissatisfied I was with their merchandise and naturally no one has returned several emails and phone messages! You can seriously find better quality clothing at a thrift shop! Do yourself a favor and avoid any purchase from this site!

I have tried to contact them four times and have had no response. I have been sent the wrong size shoes but have had no help in finding out how to return them. So total waste of money.

The worst online shopping experience. They advertised a jumper and it looked decent on the photo it was delivered about 3 weeks after the order and after seeing it, I decided to throw it away. It’s a scam and no one should use this company.

I was charged for 2 pair of shoes,I only needed 1 pair.I was charged $210.00 I called numerous times, left messages for a call back and no call back, I've sent numerous emails requesting a return label, and no response, when you call them all you get is a recording, NO call back, poor, poor customer service and the shoes are NOT a good quality shoe, cheap leather, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS FAKE WEBSITE. I WILL BE TAKING ACTION ON THIS COMPANY.

Shoes feel great from the first wear! True to size. Good quality for the money.

I received everything I ordered in a reasonable time. The prices are a little high, but I like everything that I bought. I would order from this company again.

This company is a complete scam. They sell cheap Chinese goods mask under the name Riley River with higher quality products shown in pictures, but when shoes were received, they smelled strongly of epoxy and plastic with not a stitch of leather on the whole product. Also, when I click the link to track a virus, tried to download on my computer. Do not do not do not buy from Riley River.

I would give this company zero stars if I could.

I ordered on October 17 and didn’t receive my shoes until October 27, which was way longer than expected. When they arrived, there was no shoe box at all. The shoes were wrapped in plastic and shoved into a plastic shipping bag.

The quality was awful and looked nothing like what was shown on the website. The leather was not genuine as promised and the soles were thin and appeared to be made from cheap material. Furthermore, one pair was not even what I ordered. All of this is to say that the photos are quite misleading. What you think you’re buying is not what you actually get. The shoes feel cheap and poorly made.

Lastly, the return process is even worse. They say they have a full refund policy as long as the shoes are shipped back within 30 days, but they make it so difficult and drawn out that it’s nearly impossible to return the item in time to get a full refund. Instead, they try to push partial refunds, exchanges, or store credit, anything to delay or avoid a full refund.

I won’t be ordering from this company again and don’t recommend them at all.

The sweater I purchased had no tags confirming size or materials used. The "mugs" I puchased, were well crafted, but I didn't realize how small they were. Delivery time was very long. It took a month to recieve my package.

Received my first order for some ladies shoes. Ladies and gentleman the quality is outstanding. The only negative is that the delivery did take a long time. But that's ok - I have just placed my second order for another pair of shoes.

I received a product review request back on Dec. 9th with no delivery confirmation. I asked customer service for support, and nothing. I’ve asked 4x now and still no response. It is now Dec 22. It is the holiday season and needed these items for specific events. I ordered them back before thanksgiving. No communication at this time of year is terrible, worse than just the order going missing on delivery. If I could give these guys a 0, I would. I am working through my bank now for a credit since there is no customer service response. Do not buy from them.
