Do not shop here! Buyer Beware.. I bought 1 pair of shoes on June 18, 2026. Got a notice that they were shipped and never received them. Contacted the company in August, and they said they were out of stock and they would refund cost of shoes; no refund for shipping that never happened and no refund for the extra charge for shipping "protection". Clearly that is how they scam people. After numerous attempts, i just gave up.

I ordered five pairs of shoes (dumb on my part since I’ve never heard of them). Four delivered in a bag smushed together. They did refund the fifth pair that I never received. None of the shoes fit. They offered 30% refund in what they say is good faith without me returning the shoes. Why would they do that? I wanted a full refund and they said to return shoes to Turkey even though they were shipped from Florida. The cost to ship is $500. The shoes were $311. Such a scam and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I am still disputing with them.

bought the loafers...wonderful feel and fit...wore them on a euro trip and they were fantastic. Great leather and tred.

Took a month to get the shoes. They did not ship them in a box. Yes, you read that right, NO SHOE BOX! They wrapped 3 pairs of shoes in bubble wrap, smashed them into a bag and sent them USPS. Surprise, they are damaged!

Unlike some reviewers I did receive the shoes however they were nothing like the pictures and were cheap and plasticky, poorly made. Despite claiming an easy returns process, it is anything but. They don’t cover the cost of returns, customer does. The package was refused entry by Turkish customs. Company claim to only be able to refund 60%.

I never received the shoes I ordered. On their website they list their store as in Florida, but they are actually in China.
They provide a phony business address and phone number. They go by different names. Milo Santori, Rick and Clara.
It turns out they are in China. Here is a record of my experience.
5/12/26 I saw an ad for zip front boots from a Company Milo Santori on facebook and contacted the company about sizes. They responded immediately.

5/14/26 I ordered the shoes on 5/14/26 for $69.97. The charge went through immediately on my card. I received an order number #4088. They did not send a tracking number. This is a red flag. If you do not get a tracking # with your order. It is now June 2, and I received an email from Milo Santori asking if I ever received the shoes. I replied and the email bounced backed saying the email was undeliverable.

6/2/26 I went online to type in the company name, Milo Santori, multiple reviews and warning came up that this was an online scam. I called the number listed on their website and I got a recording with a company by a different name, not Milo Santori

6/2/26 I called the number associated with the transaction on my card, I got a recording asking for my social security number. 402-935-7733.

6/2/26 The transaction number on my card listed a California number, the website lists a Florida number and the payment on my Paypal went to Riley and Clara, not Milo Santori. Unfortunately, I did not do a quick search online before ordering. I could have avoided this problem.

6/2/26 Milo Santori uses a phony website, phone number and multiple business names. Milo Santori, Riley and Clara, They use a phony address and email. If you call the number on their web page, you will get a company named Riley River. They use the phone number that belongs to another company
