Vær obs på hva du kjøper hos Ringo. Jeg stiller spørsmål ved rutinene for å sikre at produktene er ekte og riktig merket.

Jeg kjøpte noen NeeDoh-produkter og en squishy «Butter» hos Ringo Liertoppen. Da jeg kom hjem, oppdaget jeg flere forskjeller fra originale produkter jeg har fra før. Butter-squishyen manglet CE-merking og annen påkrevd informasjon for leker.

Da jeg tok opp spørsmålene om NeeDoh i butikken, mente personalet blant annet at den høye prisen viste at produktet måtte være ekte, og at esken måtte være original fordi den var trykket på alle sider. De var ikke interessert i å sammenligne med et originalt produkt jeg hadde med.

Jeg kontaktet Ringo sentralt, og etter tre uker kunne de fortsatt ikke bekrefte at NeeDoh produktene var originale eller dokumentere hvor de var kjøpt fra. Ringo har bekreftet at leverandøren ikke kunne fremlegge tilfredsstillende dokumentasjon på produktenes opprinnelse eller ekthet.

Både NeeDoh og Butter er siden fjernet fra butikken.

Jeg anbefaler å handle leker et annet sted, hvor man kan føle seg tryggere på produktenes opprinnelse og sikkerhet.

Charged me £1.30 for what should have been 30 minutes but only gave me 1 minute total rip off

17/7/26, Salisbury. Trying to get a train with enough time to spare and the app suddenly wouldn't accept my stored credit card / Google Pay. Had to run to the station to pay on the ticket machine then run back to the car then run back to the station. 29/7/26, Ok, give you a second chance. Tried to pay on the web page before I went and, no, it doesn't want to allow me to log in with stored credentials. It says 'Try again later'. What if I had parked at a car park and tried to pay later as some do? This is just a way of making sure you get a PCN.

Without third party companies, all costs would be significantly cheaper in my opinion....

Fikk en vare sendt fra Ringo i Lillestrøm. Poeng hadde selvfølgelig ikke blitt registrert. De har aldri vært flinke med å registrere poeng. Hun ene dama sier at det er kundens ansvar, noe som er helt idiotisk.

I can see why your results are so low my car was stolen from your car park so beware

I would give them 0 if I could. An absolutely useless company. Cannot talk to any human. They are scammers! Booked one hour parking which the App stated was free and then they charge you at the end. Nothing you can do. Keep well clear!!!!!!!!

They scammed me into paying for parking when not necessary and refused a refund. Totally unacceptable in the digital age to A accept payments when not necessary and B not refund before the parking session would be valid. Pathetic excuses hiding behind the council too will try my best not to use again,

Jeg kjøpte en dupe nee doh og den var kjempe liten og scam. Jeg tenkte at jeg ikke skulle tenkte så mye over det og kunne bare returnere varen og få pengene mine tilbake. Da jeg kom sa de at jeg ikke kunne få pengene mine tilbake. Og jeg har betalt en del penger for den! Gikk ut av butikken i dårlig humør!.

The app is an absolute farce. Go on to extend a weekly parking location, no you can’t, it has to run out first. Why offer the option if it dosnt exist? Pathetic. Given up

As with many other users, I’ve found this company totally incompetent. Supposed to get back to you regarding a query within 48 hours and they never reply. 1 star is too generous.

Very unhelpful people. On Monday Easter Bank Holiday. Wanted to pay on Apps for parking. Ringo advised that parking on that location is suspended due to bank holiday.
A week later parking penalty notice arrived.
Tried to reaching out to Ringo, they denied and told me, I should contact (Parkon) and that become my fault. Ringo are not helpful in any way. I will try not to ues them anymore in the future if possible.
No contact details on their website. Very useless company scamming drivers.

Utrolig god serverice der. Du følte deg velkommen og daglig leder i butikken pakket inn hver vår moped (som vi kjøpte på lørdag) som barn kan sitte på , som var fra 1-3 år. Tok seg tid til å pakke inn, selv om det var Lørdag og litt trafikk der. God service, ibl bra tilbud også og lett å finne i gågata der.

Barring none, the most useless, incompetent user unfriendly app I have ever used. Every option it offers fails. Want to extend? You can’t? Want to use Apple Pay that you already used 49 times? No not today. Will be using cash from now on. Useless

If I could give a -10 I would! Stuck on a rainy day, with kids, can't register, can't slog in, can't move my car, can't update or change my password or ANYTHING! Spent 30 minutes wasting my time to try to pay for parking and will probably be fined anyway cause I still haven't managed to pay for parking!! Ridiculous and useless and so very frustrating!

Dere må seriøst gjøre så man kan huke av hva som er på nettlager.... Håpløst å søke på noe så får man opp en haug men 90 % finnes ikke på lager. Hjelper meg lite at en vare finnes i butikk i Kautokeino når jeg bor på sørlandet.

Tried ringing the phone No on the board wasnt manned , couldnt download the app due to signal and wifi, contacted Ringo on getting home to explain the "BOT" gave me Smart Parking details who issued a fine after 3 months, I tried to pay the fee but they made it impossible , they dont man the phones and they simply said if you get a fine appeal it . DONT PARK ON THEIR CAR PARKS THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU IN ANY WAY THEY WANT YOU TO STRUGGLE SO THEY CAN ISSUE A FINE 3 MONTHS LATER Terrible company with Zero Customer service .

Whilst trying to park for Wake Ringo's system blocked me at every avenue. Having observed the threats of penalties for not paying & trying everything to get a payment in place, I ran out of time due to a very tight schedule. Thanks very much for a very disappointing experience. I will avoid you like The plague in future 😞😞😞
