RingGo - The UK Pay by Phone Parking App Avaliações 

Where do I begin. I've wasted several hours trying to set up autopay on their app for my credit/debit cards. It just wont accept them. I sent an email & got automated reply basically blaming the bank! It's their fault & no more responce, frustration doesn't begin to describe how I feel.
Then we come to Glasgow City permit renewal another couple of hours down the drain. They're more interested in sending texts to verify email & mobile phone than anything else & I know the b%^&*< password I had to change it 3 times!
The permit renewal saga was just as bad last year & I got a parking ticket which I appealed against. They saw no grounds for appeal but would only charge me £40 not the full £80 how very kind of them! So you would think a year down the line RingGo / Council would have it sorted not a fat chance. Still the same problems even when you try & re register your car more verification / password changes. I cant delete the ringgo app as I still have an out standing parking permit aaarrrggghhh!

What a disgraceful company.
The app doesn't work for all the reasons given in previous 1 star reviews.
I've emailed Ca***** Cl***** @arrive. (NB you are not allowed to provide a personal email address here, so this is the best hint I can give).
He is the CEO of EasyPark, who own Ringgo, and have been rebranded as Arrive.
5 days, no answer.
Executive Level Complaint raised.
If ANYONE receives a fine (even if legit), then email this guy and make a complaint.
He just doesn't seem to care!!!!!! BUT bombarding his email might just make a difference

Very disappointed. The app appears to have serious data security and privacy issues, leaving me with little confidence that customer information is being properly protected. The company needs to improve its cybersecurity and take data protection much more seriously.

Very expensive. Poor signage advising first 20 minutes is free.
Then get charged for every text they send you.
Avoid sting go carcass.

Didn't have the App! so called the telephone as per sign requires,
Advised Car reg, colour and location as required
On entering card details I was advised "We don't accept this type of card" This happened on 3 cards!!!
All cards were "Mastercard" and unable to park
Do you have an explanation?

You're running late, but you've successfully found a parking space and you think you might make your appointment on time, however, the only way to pay is via the Ringo app. I hate to say it, but the chances are you'll still be late.
You'll follow the instructions, attempt to pay but you'll invariably get an error occured try again message. So you'll repeat a few times, then it'll tell you to phone a number.
I hate this app.
You're better off 'paying by phone' if you know what I mean...

Woefully poor and unreliable. An app that seems to have tech from the 1980s. Their server is down more often than not, meaning it's impossible to pay for your parking. Their parent company Arrive's CTO, Sandesh Bhat is clearly out of his depth. I am embarrassed for him. Any company using this app needs to urgently review and move to another. Shocking service

Would be no stars. Trying to park . Your systems are down. And you can't call them. Joke of a company

RingGo seem to have mastered the art of treating their customers with contempt judging by all the negative reviews on here. Charged me for a week's parking instead of the two days I booked and then made me spend over two hours trying to get a refund. Treated me extremely disrespectfully and could not really have been more unhelpful. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and the Trustpilot reviews say it all.

Very poor. Hasn't worked properly for weeks. Tried reinstalling the app but still getting error messages. It is also very slow, and costs more than using cash.

An awful spiv style company given contracts by councils and the like. The executives that give out these contracts should be dismissed for dereliction of duty.
Trying to pay a very small parking fee by credit card saw me use 3 cards all with plenty of credit on them. The issue the authentication process. The codes didn't come through. Well actually about a dozen came through after I'd finally managed a payment.
I've always resisted apple payment , but despite me not setting it up- this company managed to create it without my authority . And they got their 3.75. I rarely use city of York Car Parks . I will plan my routine more carefully and not get involved in their poor quality service again .

This has got to be the worst parking app on the market. I have tried using Ringo go several times without success, and always with endless issues. The other day I spent at least 15 - 20 minutes trying to pay the parking fee in Hampstead, using the Ring go app but yet again nothing worked. So I gave up in frustration. All car park owners should provide alternative methods of paying car parking fees like cash or card, especially knowing the reputation of this particular app which is notorious for not working.

Got a PCN did pay for parking just forgot to change the reg number as the car now has a private plate paid the PCN email to say it’s paid and closed no pending action in the app. Still getting harassed and text messages saying there is still an outstanding PCN and we are going to get futher charges. Shocking company will never park in ring go car park again lucky ours in our town are a different company and never had an issue with them.

This is a rip off company I paid £9 for the day at zone 3810 DOVER uk they messaged me for more money after 5 hours. I am trying to get a refund The phone number doesn’t connect the email is incorrect and they obviously don’t operate legally. I contacting the council to report this.

Scam parking app. better if others recommend other UK parking apps.

To other tourists who visit this country, refrain from using this scam app.

I pressed 20 min and the app made me book whole day and I could not stop the parking lol.

Used RingGo to pay for parking - and got a PCN, ringgo still took the payment… refuse to refund parking cost or fine. council are impossible to deal with. Waste of time.
