This was my first time ordering here and definitely my last.
The item never arrived and I feel completely ignored.
Not worth the stress at all. I finally received my medication with help from Jeremiah *+I5O954276O8* , referred by my retired doctor. I can’t justify not sharing his number with others who are suffering.

This company did not care that my script was no longer being filled because they are going out of business. They waited to the last day to transfer a fax urgent to my doctor. Being a controlled substance they risked me dying, I spent 9am-4pm calling my doctor, patient portal over and over. I finally filled. Rite aid is the worst of the worst and I hope they never come back. Good ridden scum. They could give a customer a heads up that even though I had a refill they weren't filling. Thanks for all the problems and anxiety all day.

This is one of the best pharmacy to get your prescription medications online. I had the best experience they provide free doctor's consultation. They also provide extra benefits and discounts.

They have now purchased two of the mom and pop pharmacies in my area..this is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life..every single location is worse than the rest..the pharmacist hung up on my 72 yr old mother who is sweet as pie and everyone she meets loves her..they are incompetent and ignorant and I would not recommend rite aid to the devil himself..I hate this company with a passion..they put the pharmacy as far back in the corner as possible and they literally don't or can't fill anything without an issue..very rarely is it just called in and filled without some type of problem..then they say sorry to hear about your bad experience call 1-800 bot on the phone who could not possibly care less about customer service...

I had a course of antibotic to take. they gave me 2 partial fills because they didn't have it in stock. So on my 3rd trip to fill the same prescription - they wouldn't fill it because it wasn't 'time yet' and they have no evidence that the dr. called it in so NOW I HAVE TO CALL THE DR TO GET A NEW SCRIPT. who has time for this? this is ridiculous. it will be 4 trips to get one prescription. unacceptable. completely unacceptable. what am I going to do - overdose on a goddamn antibotic if god forbid they fill the full prescription early - when i would've had the whole thing in one trip if they had the antibotic in stock. Don't use them, find another pharmacy.

Placed my first order last month. Received the order overnight! Damn, they do what they say. Really looking forward to placing another order once finishes with this refill!

I'm very content ad never been over whelmed and my home town Rite Aid Pharmacy. They are always on time never half to wait.

It's a scam . The reviews on here seem to be done by the company itself. They ripped me off for 310.00, replaced the lost shipment with pills made of plaster . They were supposed to refund my payment but today I received an overnight envelope with nothing in it.
I placed my order for two products on 01/06/2020 part of the order was ok but not really the dose or quality I was sold. The second item has yet to come, The tracking number said it was taken by customs in Pakistan. Monday and envelope came from India . The product was plaster and god only knows what else.
I am a end stage cancer patient to me this is not a joke. All I know is that they seem to be shipping the American Products out of Atlanta and using the APSCA as return on both packages.

Hopefully I can help people from losing their money. They'll just change their name and set up elsewhere but if I have saved one person from getting robbed I feel better
