Tour guides for each country were friendly, reliable, very knowledgeable and really made this a great experience. Our tour leader Nathan did an amazing job as a multi-lingual tour guide, we got way more out of the trip than if we’d not had a multi-lingual tour guide. Would absolutely go on another joint Ritz tours/Peony tour in the future!

Hotels in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka were great locations. Breakfasts were very good with enough variety. Other provided meals were sufficient for a group tour. Shabu Shabu dinner near Shibuya Crossing was the best meal, outstanding! Tokyo, Mt. Fuji, Bullet train ride, Kyoto, Nara, and Osaka are the Japan highlights for first time visitors.

We took a 2 1/2 week tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. I worked with Lillian of Ritz Tours. She was easy to work with and responsive to our planning needs. The trip was wonderful and went on with no glitches. The airport pickups and transfers were all good and all the hotels were excellent properties providing good value. All the private touring was excellent and accurately reflected in the itinerary. All the guides were outstanding, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They were all passionate about their work and did a great job in educating us about their country and culture. They were very accommodating and also very flexible adjusting some minor details in our itinerary. The selection of restaurants and variety of meals was very good. We would not hesitate to use Ritz Tours again.

The itinerary was great, but we didn’t really have guides. Neither of the two women filled the role in an acceptable manner, but the group worked together to pull things off!! There were too many restaurant experiences in a day. We’d have a great meal for lunch and a great meal for dinner and go to bed stuffed. There was A LOT OF WALKING—don’t take this if you have bad knees! Again, though, I want to repeat the trip’s geographical coverage was great!!

We were already exhausted after the long flight and met the tour guide (Keiko). We have to stay an additional 3 hours at the airport and was told to wait for additional passengers with us. We were surprised to see our tour guide putting up the sign Peony besides Ritz tour. We all got confused. We had her for 2 days and then we were informed she’ll be replaced with another guide on the third day. The second guide Patricia though an English spoken doesn’t seem to have any experience as a guide at all. Besides the fact that she can’t answer our questions, she mentioned that she’s never been to the areas we were assigned to visit (Kyoto and Osaka). The bus driver was noticeably frustrated with her too. The food was so bad that was part of that tour. The last meal ( Benihana style) was the only one we appreciated. We never had Sushi. We were told fish is too expensive when we asked Patricia. Japan is a beautiful country. Tourists would greatly appreciate to see Japan with a knowledgeable guide who knows the history of the country and its culture and sites. Hotels assigned were ok. Please! enough of the tofus next time. Hope my next experience will be better than this one. Thank you for listening.

I took the tour for Bali and Singapore this past March 2023 and I must say it was wonderful. I met some really nice people and the tour guide was knowledgeable and very pleasant. I am schedule for a European tour in September and I can’t wait.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
Our 3 guides were pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable.

My mom and I truly enjoyed our tour. Everything was as described in the itinerary and all the guides and tour manager was super helpful. It’s a full schedule and the pace can be taxing for those with mobility issues but the sites are fascinating to include the preferred shops. Bring enough cash to exchange for tips and toilet use fees while away from the hotels.

When we arrived at the airport in Dubai we’re welcomed by a driver and with a minivan to be dropped off to our hotel..On the morning of our first day we met our Travel guide named Wally he’s an Egyptian..He toured us around the city especially the Palm islands, Burj Khalifa.He let us go around the Dubai mall..Our day we went to the old Dubai ..explained to us everything we wanted to know about the old city..Our tour guide is a well versed person and smart..We have a good time in Dubai..

Lillian was very accommodating and patient. She planned a two day land tour of Dubai for the four of us before embarking on an 18 day cruise. The location of the hotel chosen was perfect as it was very convenient to nearby restaurants and shopping center. Both the guide and driver were promp, knowledgeable and courteous. The guide was very organized and gave clear explanation of what to do and expect. Overall, we learned something new and we enjoyed the entire tour. We will surely use them in our future trips.

This is our second tour with Ritz. The first one was in Kenya and it was well organized and well planned.

Our second trip was in Bali and Singapore. Our tour was customized but based on the regular tour, we just added more days. Lillian was a great help as the relay with the people in Bali who organized our tour.

The tour in Bali was not logistically planned though: for most of the trip, we were staying in hotels in the south tip of Bali (Uluwatu and Dusa Nua), except when we went to Ubud. So every day, we were leaving from the south point of the island to go in all directions and back south in our hotels. It meant spending a lot of time on the road. The day we went to the Lempuyang temple, located in the East, we left at 6 am because we were two and a half hours away from it. At the end of the day, with the very heavy holiday traffic and the rain, it was past 9:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel to check in, and we were exhausted and in a bad mood. It had been a very long day.

All the hotels where we stayed in Bali were 5 stars and they were very nice. But we would gladly have stayed in a 3-star hotel if it had been closer to the places we were going to visit and if it had meant spending less time on the road.

At the Lempuyang temple, when we arrived, we had to take a ticket to get in line. We did not realize that the number we received was to be photographed in front of the famous Gates of Heaven. After waiting for two and a half hours, they were only serving the number 90 and we had the number 153. When we understood that we were waiting just to take a few photos, we asked the guide to leave: we had other places to go to after and it was not worth waiting another 2 hours or more just for a photo. Again, staying closer to the temple would have saved us a lot of agony.

And why not visit the Uluwatu temple while staying in Uluwatu instead of doing it while staying in Nusa Dua? It seems more logical to me.

I believe the Bali tour needs to be reconsidered so less time is wasted on the road and the visits are more comfortable and not so rushed.

Lilian has helped us make our trip to Bangkok a memorable one. She set our trip with a reliable and knowledgeable tour guide named Yui. Everything was set perfectly for our group. We will definitely use Ritz tours again for our future travels. Thank you!

Lillian arranged the air tickets very patiently with us since it’s peak season to go to Dubai with big group.

She is also well explained to us when we ask for extra activities and some other arrangements.

She accommodate myself and my friend with such ease despite all the discrepancies my small group had amongst each other. And trust me we had so many . Our Bali trip was exceptional and unforgettable. What a great way to experience Peru/Machu Picchu! The coordinated transports from airports to destination, to the local guides - this was a memorable trip. We experienced a private tour and it was great; the local guides really provided a glimpse into the life in Lima and Cusco. Would definitely recommend this 8 day Peru trip to others!

I’ve travelled with Ritz Tours in 4 occasions and each is better than the last. They have very professional people working for them from the travel agents to the guides and drivers. All of the are pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and trustworthy.

I love the fact that almost all of their trips are customizable, whether you like it to be a private tour, an upgrade on the hotels, the meals, etc. The whole experience with them is very pleasing and it completely adjusts to your budget.

I have no doubt that there are many trips for me in the future with them.

Trip well organized with many possible sightseings within time allowed. However schedule sometimes too constrained and free lunch time should be reserved longer. Nathan Shue, main tour guide and local guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Hotels were nice but should be closer to city center. No chance to view beautiful cities' night light during the trip. I definitely will recommend Ritz tours to my friends.

Exceptional service and enjoyed every minute of the Spain/ Portugal tour (8/31-9/11/22)

Very enjoyable nice trip. Well organized tours with local experienced tour guides on location. The hotels are 4 stars with very good buffet breakfast everyday. In addition good restaurants dinners were included.
The travel time between travel locations were arranged nicely without rushing or getting Sepup too early.
The tour manager traveled with us on this entire trip named Nathan is such a nice guy who looked after all of us and always made sure everyone was ok and everything was smooth and enjoyable. He went beyond our expectations of his duty. He is like a good friend to all on this trip. We all really want to go again with him in the future tour.
