Could not be happier. We bought our new-build house with the promise of a great front door with incredible quality security. RK could not have been more helpful when I ran into a small issue. Dominic was a superstar and responded swiftly and professionally. Really couldn’t ask for more! Thank you, team RK!

We ordered a door for our self build and were extremely particular about getting everything just right. The end result is a real statement piece exactly what we specified, down to the finest detail. RK Doors were accommodating throughout the entire process and delivered precisely what we envisioned. We’ve since ordered a second door, which says it all. If you’re looking for high quality design and craftsmanship, I would highly recommend them.

When purchasing doors which cost upward of £7k I expect not to be ignored repeatedly. This is the second time in the last 2 years that I have attempted to purchase from RK doors (also known as Roka doors in Poland).
The first time, my wife gave in after being completely ignored by Graham. This time I have been put in touch with Graham again and now, after a few brief email exchanges, I am being completely ignored. Bizarrely, this company appears not to want business. There are plenty of other Polish and Slovenian aluminium door manufacturers whom I am sure would welcome new business.

We had 2 doors fitted. Process was smooth and Dominic and Tressy were very helpful at all stages of the project. Thanks to the fitters as well for a good installation.

Brilliant service from start to finish and the product is perfect. Beautiful doors and the quality is there for all to see. Perfect. Highly recommended.

High quality door and great service.

More than 2 years after install the key pad / finger print reader had an issue. Although out of warranty was sent a new unit next day which fixed the problem plus a neat looking rain guard provided to prevent potential further issues in the future.
Great to be able to have kids gain access easily and avoids problem of forgetting keys etc. Tuya app works well.

Fantastic doors, but when things go wrong, they are hopeless, nearly a year on now and still waiting for replacement parts!

Excellent customer service, Trish and the team couldn’t be more helpful. Had an issue with a faulty lock (out of warranty) and helped to resolve the issue even when the lock company couldn’t assist. Can’t rate them enough, and still love our front door eight years on from the original purchase.

I cannot speak highly enough about RK Door Systems and the outstanding customer service they provide. Despite my front door being out of warranty, they were incredibly reactive and forthcoming in addressing a recent issue with the locking mechanism. My elderly mother, who is 70 years old, was understandably stressed as she was unable to leave the house due to the fault. Elliot from RK Door Systems stepped in promptly, picking up on my concern right away. His responsiveness and professionalism brought immediate peace of mind to my family, particularly to my mother, and for that, I am immensely grateful.

RK Door Systems have always gone above and beyond in their customer service, both pre- and post-purchase. From the very beginning, they patiently addressed all of my queries, ensuring that I was completely comfortable with the entire process. Their seamless approach and willingness to help at every stage made the whole experience stress-free.

Their "no quibbles" approach to warranties is also commendable. When the digital door viewer stopped working after 18 months, they sent out a replacement the very next day without hesitation. It’s rare to find companies that stand so firmly behind their products, and RK Door Systems really set the bar here.

As for the door itself, my family was absolutely delighted with the quality and craftsmanship. Made from high-quality materials, it not only looks stunning but was also very simple to install, even using independent builders who were renovating my home at the time. The ease of installation combined with RK Door Systems' exceptional design offering makes them second to none in the industry.

Since having the door fitted, I’ve even had strangers stop me outside my home to compliment the design and ask where I purchased it. That’s a true testament to the eye-catching aesthetic and superior build quality RK Door Systems delivers.

Update since my last review:
Since my last review, I was contacted by the company, who reassured me they would address the issues with the door. When they arrived, they discovered that the problem was not with the canister but with the entire locking system, which required a full replacement. They promptly returned once the new part had arrived and completed the installation. Throughout the process, they were consistently apologetic and professional. I am delighted that the matter has finally been resolved, and the door itself is absolutely stunning.

Unfortunately, our experience with their service has been far from satisfactory. While the door itself has been installed and is stunning, the job remains incomplete as the key cylinder is faulty. Since the end of July, we have made numerous follow-up calls, yet no one has returned to complete the work. Despite my repeated efforts to have someone come and finish the job, communication from their side has been frustratingly slow, with no updates provided and now we are in middle of October.

I had expected a professional service but have been left deeply disappointed, with an unfinished door that cannot be used properly. They even suggested that we replace the cylinder ourselves which I find outrageous, as this would affect our warranty. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Had a pivot door which so far is a great product, lovely install team who worked hard, polite and very tidy. Our only fault is communication could be better, we often had to chase emails with no response and they didn’t really coordinate well with our builder hence 4 not 5 stars.

We were planning to replace our UPVC standard front door with a modern aluminium one for a long time, but I was struggling to find a company that would be able to address some of our design wishes. I found RK Door Systems after doing an online search and was able to use their convenient online designer to choose the door style we were looking for.

After asking for an initial quote I was happy to learn that the company would be able to address all our design requests, even some technical details that were not included in their door designer. I found the RK Door Systems sales team very informative and extremely helpful throughout the design process, especially because everything was done over the phone and by email.

I experienced the same professional attitude from their installers, who did a great job installing our new bespoke front door. We are very happy with the door and I would highly recommend RK Door Systems based on my experience.
