The fabric is an amazing quality which cause it to fit nicely. I got a hoodie and T-shirt which are very comfortable to be in while still looking good. With fast delivery as-well. Would recommend 100%.

What a collection

not very impressed since my last review, since that review i have FINALLY received my 2 hoodies and i have 3 issues with them.
1. being that one of the hoodies is a completely other colour to what i seen online with it being a very dark navy instead of a deep blue.
2. being that both hoodies were very small made and were very uncomfortable to wear due to size issues.
3. after trying the hoodies and requesting a return, i got an email saying i’d hear back from them for instructions but hours later and i’m ready to return and i still have no response on a way to return these.

another issue would be that after contacting RMDY on instagram, they offered a discount or voucher for my troubles and being told they have sent the email, checking all inboxes of my email and making sure it’s the right email, i have not got this code/voucher which is highly disappointing

i used to own many rmdy items back in 2021-2023 and returned to the website as they used to be high quality with products and customer service but now it’s a shambles and disappointment of a “shopping” experience.
i hope to hear back from the customer service team on how i can refund/return my order and also recieve the voucher which was promised as i don’t think that’s much to ask for after this experience with RMDY.
