RMV Storage & Removals Avaliações

So detailed, so efficient, genuinely great people - everything 100% recommended - could not be happier!

I was worried that my overseas move from Uk to Poland could be hard work as we were no longer EU in the UK, but I am happy to report that all went perfectly.

There are many options when it comes to choosing a removal company but if you want the real deal, then look no further.

I am quite particular about many things and always heavily research anything I am doing. There were many alternatives to RMV but what struck me the most was how detailed responses were on email and how extra helpful Patryk in particular has been since day one. Even before he had my business he was going out of his way to respond to the most trivial questions. I compared him to the other companies and the personal touch really stood out here.

Price wise RMV were perfect, too - extremely reasonable and with all of the aforementioned advice included.

The collection day came - they arrived bang on time, loaded and packed swiftly but carefully and then loaded my items into their frankly ingenious custom-built vans (I have seen them in London before and they caught my attention). They stored my items in secure crates that they kept safely and insured in London for me. I should add that unlike the common "man and van" setups, this is a dedicated team that loads and unloads for you (even going upstairs) - its a fully inclusive service and they have vehicles that can carry a high weight payload insured the whole time. A proper service, not a "fingers crossed, take your chances" situation.

I also loved that I could pay by card. I love the lack of high pressure tactics. The people are just awesome and this is so important when you have your prized possessions in their hands.

If you are moving abroad in particular, do not go anywhere else. They have a refined network of overseas movers that will make sure it all goes to plan. I moved to Poland which was actually relatively complex but Patryk and his appointed Customs representatives handled it fluidly.

I know that they also do UK moves and storage and I can confirm that the Uk, storage and overseas portions of my booking all could not have been better.

My wholehearted recommendation!

It’s one of the hottest days of the year, chaos reigns over my house, it’s moving day, but the vans haven’t been booked. Cue RMV, with Riki and Patryk at the helm, and the squad takes over and makes it happen. A polite, professional, and efficient team. Feeling overwhelmed, and they were extra kind. Would recommend them moving my granny, if I had one, so everyone else really.

RMV were very professional, considerate and helpful throughout. Communication was prompt and attentive ahead of the move, and on the day the team worked hard to ensure everything went smoothly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Highly recommend RMV removals. The team were incredibly kind, professional and efficient. They packed up my entire house in record time and left me free to tend to my 4 children. Moving house is a stressful process but knowing the packing and moving aspect was in good hands was a huge relief. The whole team were amazing and such a pleasure to have around. They worked incredibly hard over two days and I can't fault them. Thank you Patryk, Riki and co - we will certainly be recommending you to our friends!

The RMV team are amazing! Professional, punctual, careful and considerate when packing and moving furniture, or building it back. The pricing is very fair and the team is highly committed to doing a fab job. We were incredibly impressed by how professional, clean, quick, careful and "caring" with our furniture they were. The purchase process of our new home was a mess, but the Riky and Pat made everything so much better by being SO incredibly professional and reliable. Would certainly hire them again in the future.

I promised i'd leave a review so here it is. The guys from RMV did a great job moving office furniture for our CEO this week. Were very quick and efficient and friendly. Checked in with me if they had any questions and were on time dropping it off. The furniture arrived un-damaged and they set it up as needed. Will definitely use them again if I need a removal firm.

I used them about 10 months ago and never got round to leaving a review and I really should, so here it is:

I moved from London to Barnsley and it actually ended up taking two trips. They were great! I travelled up on the train while they took my stuff up there. They unloaded and left the spare key there and sent me the payment link. All done. That was the first trip.

The following week I travelled back to London and we did the same again. When I got to Barnsley they had not only unloaded the second load but also reorganised all the boxes from the previous load so it was easier to find things.

I wholeheartedly recommend them. You can’t go wrong.

We moved from a 2 bedroom house to a 1 bedroom apartment. The team were so helpful, friendly and professional. They were well prepared and packed up our belongings in record time.
Moving house is stressful enough as it is so I was grateful for this organised team.
Would highly recommend to anyone moving house.

Patrick and his team were brilliant. I was moving into a new flat, and they were exceptionally careful with all my belongings and very efficient. They are also a friendly and professional team. I recommend them highly and will use them again!

Wonderful service. Very professional, easy and fast. I have used this company twice now, and I would definitely recommend them.

I can’t recommend Riki and his team enough. I’ve used them 3 times over the years and they are excellent - always on time, quick and efficient and so friendly. I moved from south east London to south west London on Friday and the whole experience was seamless. They even put my bed together for me and took the meter readings as the cupboard was too high for me to reach!
They take away all the stress on moving day.

Fantastic team at RMV. I have used them a few times now, most recently for a move from north London to SE London a few weeks ago. They packed and moved the whole contents of my flat into the new place including taking apart and reassembling furniture. Super efficient, helpful, friendly guys, I would highly recommend.

We had such a brilliant experience with RMV. They packed, moved, and stored our belongings — including a piano — for a few months before delivering everything to our new home. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. The quote was very reasonable, communication was excellent, and the team handled our things with real care and attention to detail.
When a last-minute parking issue came up on our original moving day, RMV went above and beyond, working on a Sunday to help us out — truly amazing service. Riki and Patrick were always quick to respond and put us completely at ease during the move. We’re so grateful and would recommend RMV without hesitation.

Amazing team. They work so good, fast and are so efficient 🤩
Highly recommended, they don’t mess about
Thank you very much guys 🙏🏻

Excellent service. Clear and responsive communication. A professional approach with the ability to react to flexible situations. Extremely competitive pricing. I would definitely use again.

The RMV team has helped me in four moves in the past few years and their service has always been amazing. Strongly recommended!

I am genuinely impressed with this company! They made our office move incredibly smooth, especially the tricky part of relocating so many screens – it all went off without a hitch. Everything was well-organised from start to finish. I don't have any experience in office moves, so Ricky's guidance was truly invaluable. Their team was not only efficient but also remarkably careful with all our equipment. I highly recommend them!

I used RMV Storage & Removals for my recent move (May 2025) from East Finchley to West Hampstead, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Riki and Patrick and their team were absolutely fantastic.
They were recommended to me by a friend, and I can see why: they were communicative, punctual, professional, and incredibly helpful and patient throughout the day.
Nothing was too much trouble, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find people who are both efficient and genuinely nice to work with.
I’d recommend RMV Storage & Removals without hesitation.

I have used them twice now. The last time I arranged a removal from a 2 bed flat to another 2 bed flat close by. The crew were very friendly and super quick. They arrived at about 8am and were done by about 10am. They were very careful and added extra wrapping to some items on the day that I hadn’t packed too well. I would definitely use them next time!

Riki and the team are more than 'removal men' they have made some fairly significant life events achievable and for that I am very grateful and would highly recommend them.
The direct load-to-storage container option suited my requirements perfectly.
If you have anything precious or fragile (I have a record collection) I would suggest supervising the container loading, for piece of mind.
During the year of having the container I visited the storage unit twice for sort outs. Although this is in a fairly remote location it is not difficult to get to on public transport.
If you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, competent and friendly team, you have found them here.
