Riki and his team were excellent
Riki and his team were excellent. They were punctual, worked very efficiently and professionally. They also took great care to ensure none of our possessions were damaged. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they got the job done. Riki in particular was very helpful to help us move on a Sunday before Christmas. I would definitely recommend their packing and moving service and understand they also provide a great storage service too.

Really happy with RMV
Really happy with RMV. Great team, very professional, very personable and trustworthy (e.g. found jewelry that had fallen down the back of a cupboard). One minor whinge about my Sonos speakers, which were not wrapped when packed into a box, but overall given we moved 2 lorries of things from London to Bristol and this is my only whinge, we were very happy.

Dear David,
Thank you very much for your detailed and honest review. We’re really pleased to hear that you were happy with the team’s professionalism, trustworthiness, and overall service — and especially that we were able to return your jewellery safely.
We also appreciate you mentioning the point about the Sonos speakers. Thank you for raising it — feedback like this is genuinely helpful and allows us to keep improving our packing procedures. We’re glad that overall, despite the scale of the move from London to Bristol, you were very happy with the experience.
Thank you again for your trust, and we’d be delighted to help you again in the future.
