Resposta da Roamingo
We are so sorry to hear about your experience! 💙 Having an unstable connection when you need information most is incredibly frustrating, and this is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide at Roamingo.
We would love the chance to make this right. Could you please send us a quick direct message or reach out to our support team with your account details and the country you visited? We'd like to investigate what went wrong with the network coverage and find a fair solution for you.
Thank you for your candid feedback - it helps us continuously improve our service.
