The service is performing poorly

The service is performing poorly. Ticket returns aren't working; I enter the code, but there is no response. Saving my profile details doesn't work either. Technical support has been unable to help with the return for three hours now. Exchanging tickets for a different date isn't working either.

Very comfortable service

Very comfortable service. Quick booking and fast payment. I received tickets in a minutes via email and via Android application. Very recommended!

Tickets purchase solved well.

The operator quickly found and sent me my tickets that the booking system did not issue properly.

Clear refund advice

I requested a refund after one of my party had to cancel travel plans, advice was provided very clearly and quickly on how to do so. Excellent service!
