Like many other purchasers that have left reviews for their purchasing experience with Robert Electronics, I too had concerns with placing an order with a realtively new and unknown company. I placed an order, in my case, for a 16TB Seagate Exos Hard Drive, I can only confirm in the positive, that my hard drive was delivered to Dublin, Ireland, well packaged for transist, circa six working days (9 in total) after I placed my order. My experience with Robert Electronics was excellent, I received an email confirming my order and the following morning (a Sunday) received notification that my order had been dispatched and tracking number included. On the basis of my purchasing experience, I would have no doubts about ordering again from Robert, this purchasing transaction is on a par with the very best and a credit to them. Many thanks to all at Robert Electronics.

Great price, quick delivery. What's not to like.

Fast delivery, amazing prices. I had to double check it was such a good deal. I have now bought 4 16tb drives that work flawlessly. Packing was good, delivery was fast even from Singapore.

2 x 14TB HDD arrived on time and as expected. Note, the warranty is not valid with the manufacture, however Robert says they will honour this. This is due to the HDD being sold in another region (met to be). This also means the Seagate Rescue Data Recover Services is also not valid. For the price I paid, I'm happy with this. All in all, the HDD are genuine as per the serial number on Seagate's websites.

Really greatly priced drives compared to many other sellers. Safely shipped. Little bit slow on delivery but it makes sense so better to plan ahead. Will be using again.

Purchased several 16TB drives. Arrived within a week and no customs to deal with in the UK. Recommended.

The HDD was at a great price but the drive was coming from Singapore, so I was a bit apprehensive. But the drive came well packaged and protected. And doing a quick check on drive by inserting it into spare bay of my external hhd diskstation; The drive was recognised by windows disk management tool. So formated drive and partitioned, ran some tests with good results on transfer speeds. Drive runs quiet. So I am happy with drive, and hope it serves me well. Will by more if prices stay competitive.

Very good service. Received my NAS drives and they have all passed testing. Very happy and will be buying again at some point. Price can't be beaten. Recommended.

I ordered a new 16tb Exos drive it arrived in exactly one week. It was very well packed brand new and sealed. I was a bit sceptical at first as the price was about half of the lowest price I could find elsewhere, and I've not purchased anything from this far away before. My concerns proved to be unfounded and I would definitely use these people again. Very pleased with the product and the service received. Highly recommended

I was a bit concerned when I ordered that a company based overseas and offering "too good to be true" deals would either not deliver the expected goods, or if problems arose would not honour the warranty.

They delivered exactly as promised.

Unfortunately one of the drives I ordered developed a fault and died within about six months. Robert Electronics honoured the warranty on it without quibble, and I am really, really pleased.

I would absolutely do business with them again.

I'm always sceptical about ordering from new places, but this company is legit. Packaging is excellent for Hard Drives, where you have to be so careful. Price is amazing, products are new and they are supported by a long warranty. I've ordered three times now and will do again. Should I ever get a bad warranty experience I'll update review, but judging from other reviews, it seems like its not an issue to worry about. Highly Recommended.

Good price, sealed new items and all working correctly (SMART check passed).

The items were well packaged, all items arrived safely and tracking was provided.

Delivery was a little slow, but it's within the expectated timelines as specified on the site (so not taking any stars off). Updates on tracking were provided, but be aware the tracking number is provided early, and the first days are waiting for the parcel to get to the delivery company (Royal Mail in my case) for delivery tracking (so takes a few days to show as accurate tracking)

The drive manufacture dates are a couple of years old, although drives are never delivered straight from factory. As long as warranty is honoured from order date, then that shouldn't be an issue.

Would recommend to use again.

A bit unconventional the website and purchase process, however products (HDDs) arrive on time, as described and New, sealed in original packaging - I also verified with SMART software. Would buy from there again!
