Wonderful product
We decided to treat ourselves to a 'proper' set of cutlery and identified the Malvern Bright set to collect. We were delighted with the cutlery which is beautifuuly elegant, and wonderful to use.
We ordered online and our brief interaction with the staff at Robert Welch was excellent and highly customer-orientated.

We ordered a full set of cutlery and a set of stainless steel pots and pans, the 316 Cookware Set. The products are very good quality and a pleasure to use. The only reason one star less than 5 is because three steak knives were missing from the first order and it took a couple of emails to get them replaced. All this was not helped by the fact we had moved into a new house and deliveries by all the couriers, except Royal Mail, has been extremely patchy. That is not the fault of RWD. We are delighted with the products and based on our experience would highly recommend them.

Low casserole 316 series
Low casserole 316 series.
This pan/ casserole is absolutely amazing but it is worth following the instructions included to maximise the ease of use. I seared a joint expecting to struggle to turn it etc etc. , but following the instructions I had no trouble at all.
Cleaning was easy too.

Armscote Bead Bright is my favorite
I had seen the Armscote Bead Bright silverware at Bar Angie, a local restaurant, and wanted it for our home. Loved the weight and the brightness and the fact that it was commercial quality. It was exactly as I remembered it when it arrived. I was pleased with the quality and happily surprised by the design on the back of the silverware. I will be ordering more from Robert Welch.
