We received an excellent service from the initial valuation visit through to exchange of contracts. Special thanks to Donetta Holland who kept us informed regularly through what turned out to be a very frustrating sales progression.

Jane and her team are very professional and friendly. They provided a realistic valuation based on thier extensive knowlege and understanding of the market. They produced an excellent listing including a video. All round just brilliant.

This estate agent left us with toilets leaking through ceilings, filthy conditions, fencing down, burst pipe with no emergency numbers, mouldy internal walls, bathroom floor falling through and told us to leave straight away with no alternative.

All members of the Robinson Reade team were really understanding with us where we were unexperienced first time buyers. The 2 people (Phillippa and Sharyn) that showed us around the property were really positive and upbeat and answered questions we had. That then leads us onto Donetta, the lady that dealt with the purchase. She was amazing from start to finish, always brightening up your day whenever you had a phone call with her and would always answer any questions we had. She went far and beyond to get the purchase completed in good timing and did everything she could to help us. We would absolutely have dealings with Robinson Reade again.
