The product was not delivered. Money was not refunded. A fake tracking system was used.

Doesn’t answer phone calls, left a voicemail but never heard back, order process is confusing. Doesn’t respond to emails. Overall customer service experience is bad.

Shipping and all other factors were good.

The hat I ordered is the problem. The logo is incredibly off centered and tilted. Quality of the hat is fine, just disappointed with the logo.

I had ordered a similar product from another company and was very disappointed in the quality.

As I began the return process I came across the Rockatee site, which was carrying the product I was looking for. I took a chance and ordered the hat and was very pleased with the communication that I got as far as the order being processed and shipped.

When it arrived. It was exactly as I expected and described, and pictured in the ad that in itself is a rare occurrence these days.

Took to long to get the hat and the message on the hat was so small couldn't even read it . Poor design

Product was great. Getting a response from customer service not so much. When I ordered the website said it would be delivered by 12/22. I would have paid rush shipping but they only offer standard shipping. I reached out 2 days before the order was “due” and never received a response. I did however get the tracking that showed the product would show up after Christmas. That was disappointing as this was a gift for an 11year old.

Again product itself was great. Customer service can be worked on.

I ordered a sweatshirt on December 11th. I log on today (Dec 27) and it still shows as processing even though their shipping policy shows 7-11 days for domestic orders. I emailed and got no response. I called and no one was available to help, just an answering machine but I did leave a voicemail. There is absolutely no customer service. I DO NOT recommend.

I ordered a sweater and received a shirt. A absolute rip off you can not get in touch with anyone. The number that was provided is not a working number. Bad experience overall.

I tried to contact this company by phone 3x and email 2x and never got a respond. It went straight to voicemail.
