Buyer Beware! I was not happy with the product- i thought i was buying an Ugly Sweater for an Ugly Sweater party and instead I got a Tee-Shirt ?
When i tried to return it-they do not have a return policy even though they advertised that there are easy returns on their website. I would never buy from this vendor again.

Sweatshirt is as pictured, but would have preferred screen printed v vinyl lettering.

I got my order on time and it was exactly what I wanted!

The product was good quality but the tracking number didn’t work and I originally didn’t receive the order to a vacation condo so I called and wasn’t able to speak with a person to remedy the situation. I then sent an email regarding the delivery and never received a reply. Therefore due to poor customer service and lack of available help I would not recommend the company but ironically it was all about after sale support. The item I did eventually receive was great!

took a very long time to receive and the USPS tracking number was incorrect and never updated. didn’t receive any correspondence from Rockatee on the entire ordeal but did receive the package a month later.

My order never arrived, the shipping number wasn’t valid that you sent me, and when I tried to contact the company to resolve no one responded. Major disappointment.

The case is very nice, but the handle broke the first time we tried to use it.

Son loved his shirt for Halloween! Good quality, it was a hit!

Editing to say that after a week or two, the company emailed to say they would send me a new shirt with the words printed in black. It’s another plastic transfer-type (not black ink, like my friend received) but I am glad to have it and wanted to let others know that with persistence, Rockatee will send a replacement shirt.

I liked a T-shirt a friend ordered from Rockatee and ordered one for myself. The shirt my friend got was green with all-black, screen-printed in ink. The shirt I received was green with a green, plastic transfer in the same green color - which makes the text completely illegible, since it’s the same color green on green! I tried calling their # 3 times - only a voicemail (no one called me back). I emailed, and the back and forth involved waiting 5 days each time for them to respond. When I told them the shirt was not like my friend’s and was illegible, and I wanted to exchange it, they said no. All they would offer was a 50% off coupon for ANOTHER T-shirt. WHY would I want to pay MORE to buy ANOTHER T-shirt from them when the first one was so wrong??!!!!! Also, they list their address as being in Sarasota, FL but are clearly based outside of the United States. I only ordered because I thought they were local! Do not waste your hard-earned $ on this company! BAD PRODUCT, BAD Customer Service, BAD experience!!!!

I ordered a sweatshirt and received a t shirt.

This site is a total scam. It lists something else and send you something else. Worst customer service . I ordered a hoodie and t-shirt , but they sent only cheap t-shirt and charged 29$ for it . Never gonna buy anything again. Remember if you want to return any item, you have to pay by yourself. I sent many emails but no answer.

I like the fact that my order was delivered well. However, I ordered a hoodie but got a tshirt instead while the choice was clearly stated when choosing the product. Also, the jackets are not warm at all. They are just wind cheaters.

I order hoodie of carpe omnia seize everything you guys sent me t shirt i called no pickup i emailed over a week now no response. I want to return my order but not sure how to do it dont recommend this place

Gildan is a great product, AND your using it is very much an A+++++++. T-shirts are awesome, very well done, and glad to have seen them worn by the coaching staff at the "Mike Leach Event"...keep up the great work!!! you are highly recommended by us!

False advertising!!! I ordered a sweatshirt and a T-shirt combo and only received a T-shirt and they refuse to send me the other item that they promised Support reached out to me, told me that I am wrong and when I showed them the screenshots, they just stopped answering! terrible customer, customer service! With a terrible company!
