Sam at Roman Rod responded quickly to my message about our blocked drain, and as he had a cancellation arise later that day he was able to come over then. He located the blockage and cleared it really efficiently, and reported to me what had happened as I wasn't there at the time. All good

Sam was brilliant, came and sorted out a blocked drain and also managed to retrieve a rod head I had got stuck a few metres down the drain. Very professional, competent and friendly service. Would 100% recommend.

We had a bit of an emergency with a cracked cast iron exterior downpipe and a blockage, causing water damage in the flat. Sam correctly identified the problem and went out of his way to fix it quickly and competently. Excellent service, many thanks.

I called Sam yesterday as my tenant’s had reported a blocked external drain. He visited the property today messaging me in advance to say he was en route. ( Always handy) Sam called me directly he’d resolved the issue.

Outside blocked solid drain
Sam and his team tackled a solidly blocked outside drain, that had caused flooding and managed to unblock it. They were fast, professional, and left the area clean. Definitely recommend their excellent service!

Hi Pam,
After some investigating, hands up – this one’s on us. When the invoice was first sent, a small typo (one stray full stop) meant it landed in the wrong inbox. Months later it was corrected and paid by the right person, but understandably you were left with the original.
The good news is we weren’t left for long with a late payment – the bad news is we now have a 1-star review to show for it!
I’m genuinely sorry for the mix-up and have made sure it won’t happen again. We pride ourselves on being accurate and professional, so this was a rare slip.

A brilliant service
Sam did a fantastic job for us today. Having a blocked main drain is a stressful situation. I called Roman Rod at 5pm the evening before they were able to make changes to their diary to fit us in as a priority the next morning. Sam arrived by 8.15 and had cleared the drain by 8.30! It was such a relief. I would 100% recommend Roman Rod and their brilliant service. Thank you again
