I requested service by email over a weekend.
I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to exchange emails over the weekend with agreement to attned the property on the Monday morning.
The service was both extremely efficient and courteous - they wanted the customer to be delighted and insisted I call back should the problem reoccur soon.
I discovered this is a family run business operating in this area for 40 years. It shows.

He turned up courteous and cheerful - fixed the problem quickly and was very respectful and positive throughout.
