Expensive, but very proficient.

I was directed to Sam at Roman Rod by a trusted plumber I know, and I am so grateful that I was! We all know that drain blockages are a nightmare, especially in one-toilet households, and it’s fantastic when they’re cleared, but it’s not just about that. It’s also about getting a quick response, a friendly person showing up at your house with a positive attitude and keen to find a solution. I will definitely be contacting this company again in the future (although hopefully not too soon!) and it’s a relief to have made this contact.

A second good experience.
We had used Roman Rod a few years ago to clear a blocked drain, which they did very promptly, quickly and efficiently. This time the drain was not yet fully blocked but we could see signs that it might become blocked. Roman Rod came first thing on the agreed day, texting us to let us know when to expect them (earlier than we had expected). Again the job was done very quickly and efficiently. It helped that they knew the layout of our system.

Amazing service
Amazing service! Came at short notice just before Christmas to unblock a drain that another company had failed to do and had even said that the drain had collapsed and would cost £3000 to repair!
Sam was incredibly professional and kept me fully informed throughout the process and sorted the problem that day so we were ready for Christmas at a fraction of the cost quoted by the other company (there was no collapsed drain). The most honest and reliable trades person I have met in a long time.
I cannot recommend him highly enough!
